The Black-eyed Pea
this is by far the best home cookin restaurant around. the construction makes it a little difficult to get to but well worth the hassle. Anytime my wife and I get the chance to go out without the little one or even with the little one we come here. even on a friday or saturday night you can usually walk right in and sit down with no wait. and 3 people can go eat whatever they want qnd walk out with cash left in their pockets. love this restaurant. 2 thumbs up!!!

Artistic Profiles Beauty
Today was my 1st time coming to this beauty salon Artistic Profiles and I am so glad that I did. They've gave me the color that I've wanted, they were friendly, the atmosphere was very artistic, and the music was awesome. I will recommend everyone to come to this beauty salon/barber shop to get and get what you want done to your hair professionally. Not only that, you have the neighborhood Walmart, the dollar store, and so much more. One-stop shop

Smart Looks Hair Salon
Tiffany does some great work. I am a woman with short hair and she cuts it the way I want it and still maintains the femininity, which is a lot harder than it sounds at other salons. She also does hair for formal events. Everyone in my sister's bridal party looked incredible. I was getting compliments all night! I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to get their haircut... Wait, if I do that then I might never get an appointment! :)

Serenity Salon Suites
The people at Serenity are just wonderful. Making the clients feel welcome and appreciated comes naturally to these fine ladies. The atmosphere is peaceful and the facilty is always very clean and bright. The staff there has been together for several years and they are extremely friendly. This salon was formerly owned and managed by Mr. Lugo. He has retired and now his daughters have moved the salon and continued the family business.

Serenity Salon Suites
Although Serenity Salon Suites is a new business, most of the staff have worked together for several years at their previous location. I have been a client of two of their hair and nail stylists for over 10 years. I have always been greeted with great service and a kind, loving atmosphere. The staff there really care about their clients and it shows in everything they do. I would recommend Serenity Salon Suites to anyone!

Outback Steakhouse
Great food always. Steaks are always perfectly cooked. Matt is the young man who runs to go orders. Always perfect. Everything u ordered is always correct. The "to go" runners share a tip jar. I tell Matt to put my tip in his pocket. I believe in taking care of servers.

BJ's Restaurants
BJ's is my favorite restaurant by far. Absolutely love the ahi poke appetizer. Everything we have tried here is really good, so we always have trouble deciding what to order. The service can't be beat anywhere.

Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
