The gentleman with which I spoke was very kind and did all he possible could to help me. Unlike the lady in Odessa, at the station who would only say she couldn't help me it was against company policy. I bought the ticket, and if I am willing to let my son get it with his name only that is my business. He has no phone and the Odessa person said he couldn't use the business phone to get the password.
