The Doctors there are great excellent but the front desks sucks today I when in the afternoon and my daughter was seeing two hours after when I had to pay one of the lady's name Maria look like a man she didn't want to take my money she was just making wait for the fun of it. When I ask her if I could pay she was not paying any attention to me. All I ever wanted was to pay and to get out of there after having along day at work and a long day there. ☹☹☹Oh and if u want to make a complain about any body employees protect each other and they don't were anything like a badge... Doctors are great and other employees to except for two lady's that think they can treat the cusmorers wrong and get away with it

This review is for the one on Seville. That front office lady with attitude needs to learn some people skills, very unprofessional. It's obvious that she is not happy there and takes it out on the patients. Pretends she doesn't know stuff and points fingers at other employees. Told my sick elderly Mom "Weren't You Just here like 3 days ago" with attitude, didn't help her with what she needed and made her feel even worse and made her blood pressure go higher. They don't treat their patients with respect. Long waits, rude, unprofessional, do yourself and your family a favor find yourself another PCP that gives you the attention you deserve and make you feel that your health is important and not have doctors ask you if your making up the symptoms your feeling. Thankfully we found a great Dr. Close by with the best friendly staff and the Dr. Takes his time listening to you. (Dr. RALPH MAYER on Clarendon) highly recommend.

I love the doctors. no complaints there. that is with the only four I see. lately, they had really bad receptionist and nurses. they act like you're bothering them. If it wasn't for the doctors I wouldn't step foot in there. I've been going there for about 8 years and recently they've made some changes and I'm very dissatisfied. There's only a few good nurses left . Also, I had an appt. at 2.30 and it's now 7 pm and the pharmacist still has not received the electronically sent prescription even after I called twice to have it sent. I'm very upset and disappointed with their service. They need to work on their customer service.

This is the wrost place ever for anyone to go. There concern for patient well being is the worst I was there last week with the flu and another lady walk in with a big cut in her hand and the nurse told her to wait, she was bleeding on the floor and on the chair. I was like, "are you seriouse". The nurse told her that I was here first but I told the nurse to take her in, that it was okay. Bottom line is don't expect good treatment if you are serously ill, is not going to happen. Also, you have to make an appointment for everything, if you are sick and you are just a walk in, they will ask you that appointment are first and you will be last..... LIKE IS SAID WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
