This is my second VW purchase from Keffer VW in two years. I was looking to replace my TDI Sportwagen I originally purchased (TDI Buyback), and once again, Brian Wiles was the man with a plan. From the moment I contacted Keffer about needed to get a new car, Brian was there the whole way. I can't say enough great things about my (now second) purchasing experience. I was picked up from the dealership via their courtesy van, greeted with friendly smiles, and at no time did I feel pressured into anything.Brian worked with me to make sure everything I wanted was available, and made sure it fell within my price range. Communication prior to visiting was prompt, and non-pressuring. My van's check engine light was on and I brought it to the service dept at Keffer Volkswagen. I was met by Seeram Kirpaul who was professional and knowledgeable. He got my van looked at in a timely fashion and explained the issue along with a few other things found. All was covered under my extended warranty and he explained to me how all that worked. Even though it did take a few days for them to get the parts and the work completed it was not a problem at all, as they gave me one of there courtesy vehicles to drive. The service Manager Justin runs a great team! I am super thankful for the quality customer service and work done! Would recommend!!

A very good experience! They were very patient with me & my energetic two year old, & the process that took two days to complete. This was my first leasing experience so I had been looking around for about two years, & Keffer VW answered every question & concern with care. I worked with Morris & Seth these gentlemen tok great care of me & my needs & put me into a great car with everything I wanted. So now I can fix my credit & ride around safely in my 2007 Nissan Altima Sedan. Thanks again guys!

I've been a VW owner since 1994 - a Keffer Service customer since 2003 - they helped me keep my 1998 little blue beetle going for over 241,000 miles and when she finally told me it was time to go, Brian Wiles introduced me to my next VW partner - a 2013 Passat. I had the best experience at Keffer Volkswagen today. I knew which car I was interested in and the salesperson( Moe) that assisted was so very efficient and thorough. the process did not take long and it was the very first time I had a tour of a dealership. I was just going to look but had a strong interest in the VW Tiguan. They made me an offer I could not refuse, beat any interest rate I was pre-approved with and took my trade. Keefer did NOT pressure me to buy the car but they were professional and cared about me through the whole process. We have 3 VWs in the house and love them!

Steve Michael Miller, the internet salesperson, was exceptionally helpful to my husband and myself. He knew that we lived over an hour away and he took video footage-in the rain- of the Jeep we were interested in buying. Ultimately we did drive down and purchase the Jeep, and he made the entire experience very pleasant.

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
