Randy Marion Buick GMC Truck
Recently bought a 2014 GMC Sierra from Randy Marion Buick/GMC and could not have been happier with the experience. Salesman Jim Ceresnak and Nathan Pitts did a great job showing us trucks, talking about options, and there was absolutely no pressure, it almost felt like I was not at a car dealership. Damon Martin did a great job of getting us financed. All around a great experience. We will be back for more vehicles as I feel we have found that dealership that we are comfortable with that truly care about us and are not just in it to gain a sale and commission. They treated me like family, or a good friend and that was refreshing from a car dealer. Thanks Randy Marion, also love the commercials and if you ever want a satisfied family to star in one let me know. :)

The last two times I have taken my car in for regular maintenance, I have gotten the pressure tactics for additonal services. I've learned over the years to always defer those services. The last time I was in, I asked them to check what was told to me was an issue the previous visit, and they said no, see no evidence of that. But then went on to suggest other things that needed to be done, which I deferred. Dealers have always done this, but when you're new to a town and haven't found that trustworthy mechanic you're just stuck.

Eric the sr service manager was awesome the courtesy driver awesome...the lady sam in service awesome...all helpful courteous kind and make you feel valued.... Brett the assistant service manager needs an attitude adjustment. I didnt get a good morning a smile or a hello...i did get a slightly annoyed demeanor and i even was happy and bubbley....rude and needs to be in the back not dealing with the public. Yeah basically hes achieved jerk status!!

The entire surgical process - right through to care afterward - has been made so easy by Dr. Cook, Tiffany and other staff. They really do care, and you can sense it from the moment you meet them. The facilities are super modern and comfortable, but the vibe is old-fashioned top-notch care. I would highly recommend for eyelid surgery. Truly believe Dr. Cook and staff want to makes lives' better.

They made my visits fun and stress free!!The surgery went well and I'm not in any pain at all...a little sore but not in need of any pain medication.Thank you all for being so wonderful!!!!!

Dr. Jeffrey A Berger, MD
Great Family Doctor. My family saw Dr Berger for quite a while until he was on vacation and I needed to be seen. I went in and saw another Dr and from then on Lakeside considered that Dr as my primary and anytime I called in for an appointment made with lady Dr I had seen.

The staff at Pure Facial Plastics and Pure Med Spa are extremely professional, yet friendly! I always feel at ease with Dr Cook as he explains everything before and after his procedures. I have had great results with my eye lift and am so grateful for his care and advice.

Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
