My experience was exceptional from start to finish. My salesmen were Adrian Allen and Marty Bugg. They were beyond helpful, friendly, attentive to my financial concerns and worked very hard to give me the exact outcome I was hoping for. When I arrived I was intending to "get my numbers" and think about it. I was so impressed with their service, giving me the space to decide without pressure, that I knew right away what my decision was going to be. This was my 5th lease and I had been a customer of Sterling McCall Honda for 12 years. I am so happy with my new 2015 Escape, and felt so good about being able to give back to Randall Reed Ford for their generosity to Project Mammogram of which I am the Director. It was my way of saying thank you - and I was completely impressed with the entire process. I am certain I will be a new customer for the future, as my next car will be a purchase. In addition, I want to add the finance department and Gio who "showed me all the features on the care" were also fantastic, polite, attentive and informative.
The dealership was busy when I arrived. I walked through the showroom, but no one spoke with me or asked if they could help. I went outside to find a Fusion Hybrid but couldn't find one. I stopped a sales rep and asked for the location of the Fusions and he indicated a location by pointing and walked off. As I made my way to the location, someone from the fleet section, Raul Garcia, approached me and asked if he could help. When I told him what I wanted, he walked with me to the area where the Fusions were located. When he realized I wanted a Hybrid, he took me to see the only Hybrid in stock. It was perfect. He stayed with me until I was able to get to finance and purchase my new car. This is the second time I have purchased a Fusion Hybrid from Planet Ford in Humble. And again, it was the fleet team that came to my assistance. They are a great team and have the customer in mind. I have no use for the regular sales team, as I was ignored by them for my previous purchase as well.
My experience at Randall Reed's Planet Ford59 was exceptional. My salesperson Stephen Estrada was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, prompt, professional and answered all my questions. From my initial contact to the final sale his service made this experience one of the best new car sales I've ever had. The dealership ensured I was completely satisfied and I had managers personally meeting me after the sale, and contacting me via email and phone to ensure any issues I did have were resolved to my complete satisfaction. To add to this, I feel like I really got a good and fair deal on my new car. To tell my friends about this place, I would say look around and make sure this place is your last. The reason being you will see that this should have been your first stop. My wife and I just got a V-Star 1100 used, and if anyone has every got a used bike, you no not everyone tells the truth about the bike, or they just do no their self. What got me about this shop is they try to bring you to their level of education as they talk to you with out making you feel stupid. they won me over because right off the bate they saved me and my wife 400.00 on a job another shop said we needed when in fact we don't. If your like I'am about your bike, and your looking for a group of people to trust or to build that trust on look into this shop, and you make the call..
Salesman (Ranon) was great, along with the Finance Mgr. However the Sales Mgr. working with Ranon almost lost our business due to his attitude, very arrogant and condescending. I would never come back to you dealership if we had to deal with this man.On the other hand, I spent more money than I intended, bought the extra protection and ins. Packages, but feel better than I have ever felt about a vehicle purchase. I feel that Planet Ford is my one-stop shop for everything related to my vehicle and I will definitely recommend to friends. This is the second vehicle my family has purchased from Planet Ford and it will be our first stop in the future. It's good to see someone who values their customers and realizes repeat customers are important. Thanks!
Wonderful! I will 1st admit I came in almost ready to leave. Mike immediately disarmed this, treated my 16 year old daughter with dignity instead of as a child, and closed the sale without asking for it! He then continued to follow up with us throughout the process and again after we left.I was also treated extremely well by folks with parts (options), finance, insurance, and finally by your tech support helping my girl set her phone to the car.My misgivings about a "large" dealership have been erased; I have also referred a couple of friends and will continue to do so.
