I recently recieved my license and decided that i wanted to get a few products from this store for my hair. Not being familiar with the products they had I naturally asked questions. The employee was not very friendly and seemed like my questions were very bothersome to her. After i left i realized that I didnt need some of the products I had bough. I went back to return them and the employees once again were not very friendly. I was told that all I could recieve was store credit unless I wanted to exchange it for something. At the time I did not need to exchange for anything. They seemed very put out to have to just give me store credit for later on. I was not given anything to prove my store credit except them having written it down and stored in the cash register. I will be taking my business to another store after my credit is used.
