Felt compelled to write this review to counter-act the other negative ones. Yesterday, I traveled on British Airways and was notified during the flight that one of my bags had been mis-routed. As a frequent traveler, I wasn't thrilled but realized that 'stuff happens.' Upon arrival at my destination, a BA representative gave me a baggage tracking number and advised when my bag was expected to arrive. I was able to track it on BA.com, and earlier today I received a text that my bag had arrived at the airport and Fast Track would be delivering it. I shortly received a call from a very friendly guy named Brandon from Fast Track who gave me his ETA and made sure someone would be available to sign for the bag. He was on time.All together, my bag arrived less than 24 hours from my flight arrival time. Given the complexities of international travel, I consider this a success story.
Where do I begin? I have moved several times in the past 7 years--Vegas to dallas to DC to Houston then finally back to dallas... Not to mention the moves within texas. I have had terrible experiences, ok experiences, but I would never say that moving of any kind has been a good experience... Until I met Henry and his team. These guys have integrity. They work hard, very hard and they care about their customers. I am so grateful for meeting Henry and for the experience we had when we moved with quick movers. His honesty and work ethic is unheard of in the moving industry, and I highly recommend their services. I never have to worry about being overcharged, having my things damaged or missing, or dealing with unprofessional movers again, because quick movers are my movers for life!
I NEVER write reviews, but the quality of service provided by Per The Mile went WAY above and beyond. I cannot thank you enough. I was in a jam and needed a very inconvenient pick up and delivery on a last minute on a friday. Not only did he come through, but communication was flawless, he definitely went the extra mile and charged less than HALF of what others were quoting me. I even tried to pay him more and he would not accept, as he was just happy to help out and didn't want to 'overcharge'.It was one of the most refreshing experiences.I would use 'Per the Mile' for every move and delivery possible and referring him to all my colleagues, friends and family
