Let's talk about Mr. Keith Martin of Evolution Technology Group. This guy is a piece of work. Let's first talk about how impatient and lazy this guy is. Upon the date of install rather than returning an HDMI cable and swapping it out for a VGA cable that would work with the NVR he paid for, he made us return the NVR for one with an HDMI port. To accommodate him, we took it back, and sent it back to the distributor to be swapped out for an 8channel NVR which he did not pay for. He paid for a 4 Channel. We informed him the process would take 6-8 weeks to complete. Week one he starts calling us demanding the new device. Again we reiterate to him it's 6-8 weeks. But, he continues to call. Week 5 rolls around and a he files a claim with his bank, for the full refund of the purchase with our equipment sitting in his business. After the charges being reversed and losing the money, due to the inability of this guy yo wait one more week, he still expected to use equipment that is now considered unpaid for. So, yes, I went into his account and deleted the cameras off the account. Why? Because, what has been stolen shouldn't be used. While what would have been his new 8 channel NVR we upgraded him to, is now sitting in our office unused.Beware of this this refurbished computer parts sales man. He not only is a terrible customer. But, as witnessed, he does not treat his own employees well. Talking down to them, yelling at them.

Colonial Brass
I had my grandmother's bedroom furniture refinished and needed the bail drawer pulls cleaned and repolished. I tried to do it at home and it was NOT turning out to be an easy nor good option. Bering's gave me a business card for Colonial Brass so I gave them a try. The first impression when you walk in is the shop is more of a working area than a posh, successful business. Don't let that turn you off. It just means they have a lot of business in progress! Edward helped me by giving me options, examples based on work in the shop! and quotes for each option. He was quite knowlegeable and knew the 'look' of the restored bedroom furniture. He suggested the finish he thought would look the best and original. I went with the option even though it was more expensive because he had gained my confidence AND it was the original finish. I am so pleased with the work! The drawer pulls look brand new! When my mother saw the bedroom furniture she became sentimental saying, 'The bedroom looks just as I remember it as a child." That, to me, is all the recommendation Colonial Brass needs. Now, I find myself imagaining what they could create above my front door...outside. Instead of brass, I want to try the oil rubbed bronze on the next project.

Productive and fun work place with a nice and a smoking area. A typical day @ work can go well as long as you get the help you need. I learned how to take calls (1st time @ call center). Management @ the top of command chain and floor walkers are great but those supervisors are a bit much. They do everything but help agents taking calls. there favorite words are use CST !!! The hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult customers but the most enjoyable part is helping the customer and resolving their issues !!!Pros: Cafe in breakroomCons: Short 10 min. breaks & lack of help

Torregrossa Interiors
Tiffany went above and beyond helping us resolve an issue with another interior decorator in Houston. We had spent nearly 3 years trying to get our situation with Francisco Design and Decor resolved, and she went above and beyond to help us reach a resolution. If her professionalism in assisting with a problem she had no obligation to deal with is any indication, you can expect a superior and professional experience with your home design project. We look forward to using them in the future.

Colonial Brass
I've been a loyal customer of Colonial Brass for 20+ years. I take all of my solid brass pieces to them and they never fail to restore the brass to beautiful condition: brass knobs, cabinet hardware, doorknobs and candelabra. They restored my mother's candlesticks from the 1960s, wired them and converted them into lamps for my home. Now I have a wonderful memento of my mother and her impeccable style. Thank you, Colonial Brass!

Colonial Brass
Not very pleased with the quality of work. Brought these pulls in for polishing and yet they still have spots that look tarnished. The explanation I was given was that these are nickel plated and what I'm seeing is the raw steel underneath. However, these don't appear to be plated. And they never mentioned that they were when I dropped them off.Seems to me an excuse for shoddy work. Alternative Facts!

Colonial Brass
Colonial Brass refurbished a silver gravy dish and a large shell plate for us. They did an awesome job for a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend them. We have brought them two silver candelabras to restore and am sure we will be very happy with the out come. This is a great business! We will use them many more times in the future!

Colonial Brass
Colonial Brass polished and lacquered two unique 24 year old brass bathroom faucets for us. The work involved refinishing a total of 16 individual appearance parts. It was completed on a very timely basis and the faucets were returned to us looking like new. It was evident they are a well organized and very capable business.

If you are planning to create email marketing campaigns, I would strongly recommend you to take a look at Averickmedia Email Databases. I purchased the Logistics Services Executives Email List from Averickmedia. Their lists are always high quality lists and up-to-date. We are very pleased with their email marketing team.

Colonial Brass
Colonial Brass does awesome work! I had a mail box brass cover that looked terrible. I went to Berings to buy a new one, and they told me to take it to Colonial Brass. They made it look like new for a modest price. They saved me a lot .I would recommend them highly for any brass or silver restoration.Barbara Hurn
Tips & Advices
Provide the landscape designer with photos of designs you find attractive and might want to emulate. Gardening and architecture magazines can be useful in this regard. It's also important to let the landscape designer know how the  space should function. For example, a space that is being used as a play area for kids will have different objectives from a space being used to entertain friends. Finally, have a clear idea of how much you are looking to spend, since this will impact the build choices made by the landscape designer.
Interior designers can generally work on every type of room, but one should not assume that all of them can work on every type of space. More complicated projects--for example those in buildings with historic preservation strictures, or those that are going for sustainability certifications--will be suited to interior designers with specific expertise. Also, interior designers that have experience in a certain type of project may not want to take on projects that are outside their expertise. For example, an interior designer who has only worked on commercial projects may not want to do a small private home.
Every interior designer has their own style, but some designers are more versatile than others. Some really do specialize in functionality and code compliance, whereas others are more focused on aesthetics. Interior decorators are completely focused on visual impact, and therefore should be reviewed and selected based on how well their style is a match for the client’s tastes.
Full-service interior design starts with an assessment of a site and the client’s long-term needs for that space. It encompasses concept design, floor plans and lighting plans, providing project specifications to contractors, supervising  contractor negotiations and installations, applying for permits, and shopping for all the materials and pieces for the project. On top of this, there are the “decorator” deliverables, i.e. creating the aesthetic of the space, selecting wall colors/covers and furniture pieces, purchasing products and installing them.
An interior designer may come into a development project very early on, working with the developer and architect from the pre-construction phase. They may be the one to design floor plans, decide where to place interior walls, and supervise contractors that are installing elements of the build. They often work on commercial projects, although many of them work on residential projects. Interior designers can “switch hats” and do interior decoration, which means they are only focused on the aesthetic elements and visual components of a residence.
