Yeung Institute
Dr. Yeung performed a revision rhinoplasty on me recently. My only regret is not going to him 10 years ago for my original rhinoplasty. Had I seen him first I would not have needed a revision. He made incredible yet natural looking changes to my nose, I could not be more pleased with the result. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon who provides the absolute best cosmetic results. I am a physician and truly believe that Dr. Yeung is the best in his field not only for rhinoplasty but for facelifts, blephs along with a ton of other procedures. Revision rhinoplasties are difficult and my nose turned out better than I could have hoped for. Recovery was a breeze. Dr. Yeung is incredibly nice and the office staff is amazing as well. If you are thinking about having a rhinoplasty (or any other facial plastic surgery procedure) go here! It will save you money in the end because Dr. Yeung will do it right the first time.

Northwest Surgery Center
I have always had a dislike and mistrust of any medical facility. But not here. I have never had so much care and concern and genuine service in a medical facility before. The staff go out of their way, beyond the call of duty, to make sure all your personal needs are taken care of, and that you are totally comfortable with every facet of the procedure. Even after my procedure was finished, they took good care of me while I waited more than 1 1/2 hours for my ride. They could have just sent me back to the waiting room to fend for myself, but they didn't. I would give them ten stars if there were that many!

Northwest Surgery Center
I have had several procedures at this facility. Never have I been made to feel so comfortable and well taken care of in a medical situation. The staff are wonderful and should I need any surgeries in the future, I will request that they be done here.

Good, though I think the patient should see a picture of the end result before deciding if this is what she wants. The time it takes to heal - the look - the way the bra fits.

All of the girls in the office were so nice and took great care to answer my questions. Dr. Peterson was great as well - always in a pleasant mood. Thank you to all of you.

Memorial Endoscopy Center
The parking and limited waiting area are the only drawbacks..... I highly recommend this facility. The staff was kind, the medical professionals were top notch.

Tips & Advices
This depends on the center. Some may allow brief visits by family members. Patients should ask about visiting rules before inviting people to stop by.
No. Patients should arrange for someone to drive them home and stay with them for 24 hours following the procedure.
This depends on the procedure. Most centers ask that patients arrive one to two  hours before the procedure begins. Following the procedure, the patient will stay at the center until fully recovered from being sedated. This may take between one and three  hours. After that, if the patient isn't experiencing abnormal pain, he or she may leave.
Different states have different rules regarding requirements for surgery centers. However, ASCs are required to be certified as a Medicare and/or Medicaid Ambulatory Surgery Center supplier before they enter into an agreement with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The most common types of procedures conducted at surgery centers are:
  • Gastrointestinal
  • Ophthalmology
  • Orthopedics
  • Pain management
Some of the most common procedures include:
