This company is as awesome as it gets. After calling another company to fix my A/C who gave me the typical "Your Compressor is out, and it will cost $1650.00" and temporarily fixed it, my A/C failed again for 2 more days, and after calling over 30 companies in 2 days for emergency Air Conditioning repair, Air Tech was the only ones that took the time to come out and fix my Air Conditioner. Not only did they fix my Air Conditioner (which turned out to be bad capacitors and dirty coils) but the Technician BILLY JR, had a great attitude, and great customer service. Not only that, but, what originally would have been $289.00 for coming out in the middle of the night and another $300 or so for, replacing 2 capacitors, cleaning the coils, adding freon and doing an inspection etc, he cut me a break at $89.00, which is not something that typical air conditioner companies do, trust me. I believe he went above and beyond what was expected of him, and my family and I are really appreciative of him and his company. He has our loyalty for the rest of the time we are living in this area. We are so glad to have called Air Tech, his magnet is on our fridge and we will call again if another problem arises, or we need an inspection. Thank you so much Billy and Air Tech.

After having my blower motor replaced by another AC repair business who tried to push me into a expensive duct replacement, I continued to experience problems with the air circulation. After calling this same company back who did a quick visit and again pushed for the duct replacement, the problem persisted. I myself went into my attic and even though I heard the fan turning, I felt no air flow before the cooling coils which raised some obvious flags. At this point I felt a bit disenfranchised with that company and contacted Manny at ZOLO AIR who promptly showed up within the 1 hour time frame I requested. He and his assistant wasted no time going into the attic to diagnose the issue. Seriously, in 4 minutes he discovered that the other company had connected the fan motor backwards. I spent more time helping Manny with his new phone than he needed to correct the issue. He only charged for the basic service call which was a amazingly fair price. He has earned our trust for future business transactions. 5 stars all the way!

I called them on a Sunday at about 5 PM after I got home from a 4th of July vacation and they had 2 technicians on my doorstep by 5:30 PM. Both men were very cordial and well spoken. They quickly got to work assessing the problem and when they found the apparent problem they let me know what was going on in a way that I could understand. After further inspection they realized that something else was going on with my unit so they called their boss, who also came to my house to help find the cause of the problem. After a short while they had pinpointed the problem, communicated it to me in a clear and concise manner and then began fixing the problem. They worked diligently until all the work was done and didn't leave my house until about 7:30PM on Sunday. Thank you for being great at what you do and not compromising quality of service just because it's the weekend. Thanks again, you have my business from here on out!

Extremely happy with this company and service. Our central a/c went out Saturday. Called another local company they wanted $289 just for the trip charge on a Saturday. We decided to get out the old window unit and wait until Monday. Called Premier as they are in my neighborhood. They said they could have a tech out by 2 pm, but would call me if anything came up earlier. Got a call at 10:40 and they said a tech could be here in 20 min. 11:00 and the tech is here. Super nice and professional. Their trip charge is $83 and it was $190 flat rate to fix the compressor capacitor. Total of $273. $16 less than the other company wanted just to show up. A/C repair is expensive. My husband is a plumber, used to do service work I totally understand how it goes. I felt they charged a fair rate, it was fixed fast and professionally and I couldn't have asked for more.

Comments*:Awesome, and honest! I will never use another A/C company ever. I was on my fourth day without A/C in July. I had a local A/C company come and tell me the unit had to be replaced without even trying to fix anything. I called Stay Cool after taking the time to read reviews. A company just down the street. I was assured someone would be here the next morning between 8-10. The owner himself arrived and with a $50 part fixed the unit. He checked the outside unit which was over charged and repaired that. Checked all vents for correct temperature. Total bill with parts $99.95 and this was a Saturday! If you are looking for honesty, understanding, care and great customer service call Stay Cool and no one else. Thank you so much!!!! Grateful to you Sandy Tilton

My neighbor recommended Tony's A/C to me a while back. I 've been with him for almost 2 years now. Honestly, I have to say he is the best A/C guy I have ever known. He is very honest. I had one guy tried to sell the new complete unit to us the first time, but I did not have enough money at that time, so I listened to my neighbor and gave Tony a try for second opinion. He came over and fixed the problem (coil was leaked) within a few hours . I was so glad he saved me a lot of money. I've been recommended Tony to my co-workers and relatives. They all like him. He gives very reasonable price,very responsible, and professional. Again, thanks a lot Tony's A/C for being so kind and helpful.

I called Enthalpy Air Conditioning on Monday night when my wife and I noticed our master bedroom not cooling. They were prompt to send a tech by the name of Spencer with a fairly price $38 service call fee. After a complete thorough diagnose Spencer found a blown run capacitor. I was very amazed with his tidy work ethics. Slipping on his blue booties before stepping in my home really assured me of his clean profesional work. He showed no signs of being tired even though it was close to 10pm. He presented us with a upfront price before he did any work. My wife and I recomend Enthalpy Air Conditioning to anyone in Houston looking for the right a/c guys!

Initially talking with Steve we decided to completely redo our existing system choosing zoning to help with heating and cooling our 2 story. We were very happy with Steve's knowledge and expertise. We were very pleased with the way the crew came in and totally took care of everything. Much to our surprise, when the crew left you couldn't tell they had even been here (believe me it was a messy job) except for the efficiency of our new system. We were looking for a great company that took care of its clients, establishing a long term relationship taking care of our heating and cooling needs and we found one. Air Tech Wrecking Crew showed up at the time they quoted me and a 3 man team got with it. The crew checked on things and were very efficient. Air Tech offered me the credit terms to make all of this possible for me, and they put me in touch with their office to do my credit application over the phone. I never stepped a foot out of my house to get my credit line approved. Air Tech was finished later the same day and the operation was over and a success. I have been in retail all my life, and I know genuine courtesy at its best when I see it. I even received a follow up call from them asking if I was satisfied. Yes I am! God Bless you all.

This business charges $80 minimum to come out whether they can fix the problem that visit or not. Then charges another $80 minimum to come back to fix the problem. The initial diagnostics was not correct and somehow can not be fixed on the same trip. I had to make sure to keep asking questions because the initial assessment of the repairs needed did not sound right and had the second technician check over again to finally find the root of problem. If they can not send someone to fix the problem right in one trip, that rate should be prorated!!
