THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF, HE OVER CHARGES FOR SERVICES, HE JUST MAKES NOISE WITH MACHINES, SPRAYS WATER AND DRIES THE VEHICLES, HE OVERWORKS AND UNDER PAYS HIS EMPLOYEES, HE CONS CUSTOMERS OUT OF HUNDREDS ON WAX JOBS AND NEVER WAXES THE VEHICLES, TYRONE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

LEASE ROADS IN NEED OF IMMEDIATE REPAIR AGAIN ON THE MALBEC LEASE IN MARTIN COUNTY TEXAS . 18 WHEELERS & OIL FIELD WORKERS DRIVING OUT ON MY LAND (MAKING THE ROAD MUCH WIDER) TO GET AROUND THE DEEP CRATERS IN THE ROADS. ALSO AJAX PUT UP TELEPHONE POLES ON MY LAND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION .MY NEIGHBOR GAVE THEM AN EASEMENT FOR THESE POLES WHICH IS ON MY LAND!!! DIDN'T CHECK IT OUT FIRST. NOT THE FIRST TIME FOR THIS NEIGHBOR DOING THIS TO OTHER OIL COMPANIES IN THE PAST. AJAX PERSONAL ARE AWARE OF THESE PROBLEMS BUT SO FAR NO ACTION ON THEIR PARTNER THREE WEEKS! . A YEAR AGO THE OIL COMPANY PUT IN A CATTLE GUARD TO KEEP HUNTERS OUT OF THE LEASE BUT THEIR CONTRACTOR PUT THE GATE UP SIDE DOWN SO IT DOESN'T CLOSE ACROSS THE ENTRANCE . SINCE THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT PROPERLY I PUT A CHAIN UP ACROSS WITH COMBINATION LOCK BUT VERY SELDOM DOES ANYONE LOCK IT. THIS CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH HUNTERS SHOOTING THE TANKS THERE OR WORKMEN IN THE FIELD. EARLY THIS WEEK I FOLLOWED HUNTERS DRESSED IN THEIR CAMOS DOWN THERE GOING THROUGH THAT GATE. THEY SAW ME AND WENT SOUTH ON THE PATRICIA PLOW AND DISAPPEARED.

We would like to know who is in charge of maintaining roads here on the Bird Ranch on lease Rd 9601. These roads are so bad people's vehicles are being tore up due to the lack of maintenance. Trucks are having bumpers ripped off, skid plates ripped off and pickups have the front ends tore out from under them. This is a huge issue. This ranch is in Andrews county and this matter needs to be fixed ASAP.

Frontier was fabulous after our April hail storm. Our roof was demolished and the house flooded. Frontier responded to my call promptly and Jennifer was our Program Manager. She was always available and responded quickly, and she and her team were always on time. She took the time to walk through the house with us and her meters, showed us where the hidden damage was, and explained what needed to be done. I appreciate the care and respect her team showed my family and our belongings when they packed and moved our belongings, sprayed for mold, removed insulation, and removed our ceilings and walls. I can't wait to move back into our home after ~5 months and receive the same great service returning our things. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any job.

I have never been treated so unfairly. I left with out an oil change feeling mistreated and ganged up on! My husband and two boys, 1 and 3 where in the middle line to get our oil changed. The wait was getting long and I even ran to the gas station across the way to get something. After waiting 35 minutes in the middle lane to get our oil change, there was no movement so we switched our truck to the far right lane. The lot is small and we have a large truck so our rear end was partly in the middle lane and our front end in the far right. We didn't see much harm in this and didn't see how we could change the position of our truck due to the small lot size. Another customer asked us to move our truck and I responded I can't with the small lot. Plus the middle lane still wasn't moving. So that customer got an employee and the employee came to our truck and told us to pick a lane and move. We told him we had been there a long time and the lane wasn't moving so we were switching. He said the car in the middle lane was getting more than an oil change and that's why it wasn't moving. We said we wished were told that sooner. We got into the older lane when another customer moved his car. Then the employee said my husband was stupid and we left saying were didn't appreciate that kind of treatment and would take out business elsewhere. We admit we had taken up two lanes. We had no problem moving the truck but couldn't due to the small lot and the car parked behind us at the back of the lot. We had no problem waiting the 40 minutes to get the oil changed but we had a big problem when we were grossly mistreated and called stupid!!!!! I will NEVER go back and I will make sure I go out of my way to tell others to NEVER go there either!
