Early Discovery Montessori School
To the contrary I don't believe the school was not good enough for my child the lack of responsibility and ownership for which has lost my confidence I'm not understanding why my child is coming home with bad habits not learning anything to show a days of work or being evaluated daily on their progress this is not acceptable. Is this an early discovery or is it a late start of disappointment of education please everyone please listen do not send your children to the school it is not worth your time and your money. Thank you

The song created not once, but twice, using political overtones is disgusting. Your teacher(s) should be suspended. They knew it was unjust to use their students as political props. Are these lyrics we want our children to learn...... “Feels Like Change,” reported by The Blaze: “Oh, I tried to believe in George Bush, I tried to trust. But it’s ashes to ashes now, and it’s dust to dust. Do you feel it baby? Oh do you feel it? It feels like change.”By comparison, these are the lyrics from another song, from the same school assembly: “Hey, Mama, Obama. He got the mo’ jama. Talking about Americana. H-O-P-E, hope I get a new pajama … Obama, Obama we got the mo’ mama, we got the mo. Fujiyama, sing Obama from the top of Mount Asama. … You’re on a roll Obama, you’re on a roll.”Does this teacher(s) know how to teach or are they in it to corrupt our children?

Saint Nicholas School
On the one hand, they potty-trained my toddler son in a flash. On the other hand, over time the stifling Montessori "structure" and the attitudes of some of the 'almost-certified-in-Montessori' staff (read: minimal or no formal higher education in Early Childhood Development or Early Childhood Education) have nearly broken the spirit of my happy, bright, funny, imaginative, boundlessly energetic preschool boy. By the time he really manifested the signs of his stress: waking up at 4am and not being able to get back to sleep, finally having the vocabulary to recite back to me the harsh tones of some of the adult-speak reprimands that appear to have been directed at him -- it was almost too late. I'm heartbroken that I had such faith in this system and particularly in these people. How many negative comments can an adult rattle off about a three-year-old?True educators are capable of working with children along the spectrum of physical/emotional development. I just hope I can get my sweet, bouncy little boy back. Next stop: Piaget-approach, Early Childhood Development-educated staff who are patient and kind.

Just a moment...
