Pho Real Vietnamese Restaurant is the perfect gathering place for pho lovers. This family-owned business offers friendly service that can always be counted on to enhance your dining experience. Although many menu options are available, the Bun Dau Hu Xao (fried tofu sautéed with lemongrass and bean sprouts) is one of the house specialties and my spouse's favorite. I crave the Thit Nuong (pork) banh mi sandwich which has me returning often -- usually to buy two sandwiches so that I can enjoy one for lunch the following day. The owners prides themselves on serving authentic Vietnamese food full of fresh flavors. Amongst rich red walls and dark wood accents, diners can enjoy bowls of pho or entrees like charbroiled pork or chicken vermicelli, rice platters, fried rice, stir fried noodles, and vegetarian plates. The eatery also offers catering options that are customizable to each event, whether it be individual meals for a small work meeting or a larger event. Alcohol is not available, but the restaurant opens at 10 a.m. for breakfast and offers a variety of excellent lunch specials. The prices are a steal. For good times and great food, head on over to Pho Real. Youngsters don't need to sit out a trip to this restaurant. Little restaurant with a big 5 stars rating??? Yes it's true, it's the Quintessential of Dee-Lish foods, cleanliness, quality ingredients, $$, and courteous, friendly services. It's a humble little restaurant but don't be fooled, they have an expansive menu to satisfy all your cravings. Best kept secret in the Bellaire areas!!! I've noticed that they seem to have a lot of non-Asian devotee clientele who actually calls out menu items by their Vietnamese names. You know these people are regulars because they don't try to pay with plastics.I don't mind that they only take cash, this is how they keep the prices low.Wife had and awesome Bun Bo Hue (Spicy, Beef Stew soup w/ noodles and herbs) and I had the hot and tasty Beef Pho Soup. Ordered a large container of freshly crushed, icy sugar cane juice to wash it all down. Out of this world thirst quencher on a hot day. Two thumbs up!We also bought 6 sandwiches, spring rolls, fried bananas, assortment of finger foods and deserts to go.Ok, so we went a little crazy over this little place but you will too.PS - The bathroom was clean.
Catherine’s latest venture, Café Brussels is a great new addition to the Heights. Try the Tartare de Saumon dressed with a zesty Belgian country vinaigrette accompanied by a Belgian draft beer or glass (bottle!) of wine. You can’t go wrong requesting Catherine’s favorite mussel dish for a main course, Belgian classic, Moules Marinières, accompanied by a large serving of golden Belgian Fries. The large and succulent mussels are steamed to perfection and portion sizes are very generous! My dining companion enjoyed le Petit Pavé de Bruxelles, a perfectly cooked steak and le Cordon Bleu. Be sure to leave room for one of Café Brussels fabulous desserts! Catherine's crepes are among my favorites.Catherine Duwaz is both a good friend and a genuinely nice person. It brings me great pleasure to see a friend continue to succeed in a town that can be unforgiving to restaurateurs. Cafe Brussels is our new "go-to" place in Houston for great Belgian food. And to top it all off, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and the portions sizes are generous.
We decided on the Villagio & couldn't be happier! The venue is clean, spacious, and simply elegant. We had our ceremony and reception here. Trish, owner & overall planner, is prompt, thorough, charismatic and easy to work with. The venue is tucked away at the end of a street, with private parking & far from the street. There are inside/outside room options, but the trademark is a beautiful spiral staircase for a grand bridal entrance! The package we chose was the Ultimate II. This package comes with everything except the DJ and videographer so we didn’t have to worry about hiring various vendors for each part of our wedding. Trish already has a strong vendor selection. Our package came with food, cake, linens, floral arrangements, photo booth, lighting, photography, 2 HPD officers, and a wedding coordinator. We paid extra for drapery and it was beautiful. The caterers allowed us to test the food in a prior meeting so we can give them very specific details. Mr. & Mrs. King 08/12/2016

We visited the Vertskebap in Spring, Texas on July 1, 2015 at the recommendation of a co-worker. A gentleman by the name of Cederick took our order and also offered great suggestions regarding the sauces, etc to put on our meal to enhance the experience. Everyone including Cederick was super friendly and all three of us, my wife, myself and our son, all voted 5 out of 5 stars and a definite new restaurant on our palate of dining choices. The food is fresh, wholesome, and is healthy. Lots of fresh vegetables, the meat choices come in beef, lamb and chicken and the sauces are made homemade they said every day, right in the store. A definite recommend, you have to try it - you will be hooked.
I have worked here part-time for about 6 months and I loved every day there! From day one to my last day, I had the opportunity to see the students grow and excel in subjects that they never thought possible. With a wide array of resources there, we (the tutors) were able to help each individual student on their specific needs. Whether the student needs help with homework, help with studying for a test, or even wanting to excel to learn ahead, we had everything to needed to assist them in a wonderful learning environment. This is a great place to see your kids excel and I would recommend everyone who is looking for extra help to come here!
We went during lunch time, it was pretty dead. But, the owner, Min (sp?) Was there and introduced himself and started easy conversation with us and made us feel right at home. My fiancé got the small Birdie Gallore, not so small, plus the ingredients are so fresh! I tried the large Bún Táu Hú and was pleasantmy surprised with the quality of the food and again, the freshness of the dish. Reasonable prices, great customer service and fresh food with a good selection! You can't go wrong.
