The owner was super nice and went above and beyond to search for what I was looking for. She is super friendly and I am for sure going to recommend this store to some relatives. Compared to the other quinceanera and wedding stores at the mall this has to be on my top 3.

I was at Store 588 on 10/27. Right before I checked out. I asked the sales person, Natalie is her name, what the "RETURN" policy is. She proceeded to tell me I could return up till the 30th and after 30th merchandise credit. I told her I was going to halloween city to check if they had the remaining part of the halloween costume and will come back to return. As I came back same evening not even up to an hour after to return, the salesperson said no I could not return. i told him that NATALIE told me I could. As manager JASMINE was called, she refused to still listen to me or even question NATALIE. She demanded I leave the store. After a cop was called. She changed her story that I should come back the next day to see the manager that she was not authorized to do refunds/returns.I listened to the cop and came back next day 10/28 only for JASMINE and another manager still not listening to me telling me that they do not care what the salesperson told me that the receipt says otherwise. I kept telling them if their salesperson knew the right policy and informed me correctly I would not have made the purchase. I work in downtown houston. My commute back home is horrible and do not have time to waste. I have worked retail and know that JASMINE and the other manager did not do the right thing by either voiding transaction or interrogate the salesperson.

the restrooms have been remodeled but the toilets and the stalls are horrible. There are parts of the ceiling that are bare and could use a hand. The size of the ballroom is great, esp for big events. The wall paint is a nasty color. The staff there is expected to serve food at all times but doesn't. In fact, what they don't want to serve they keep. This happened once at a friend's event. They were searching for food that's not been served (they knew they cooked too much) but they didn't find it. One of the servers claimed that it was all served but it wasn't until my friend searched around their "kitchen" - it's more like a shack - and found all the food. You can figure out what happened next. I don't recommend this ballroom at all unless you have someone overseeing service and decorations, as well as photography.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!!!!!!! I scheduled to have them come at 12 to set up for my daughter's birthday party at 1, so it would be set up when all of the children arrived. I called at 12:15 and spoke with Irene who said she would call the delivery guy and call me back, 30 minutes later, still hadn't heard from her so I called her again and she said she can't get a hold of him and will call me when she does. I get a call from the delivery driver 10 minutes later, (mind you, the time is now 12:50 and party guests are arriving in 10 minutes) and he tells me he is 38 miles away. (breathe in, breathe out) I agreed. 2:06 is when he arrived, and he began setting up the moon bounce/waterslide and if being 2 hours late wasn't bad enough, it wasn't what I ordered! I ordered a double water slide with bounce house and they show up with a bounce house and a single slide. The delivery guy came to collect the rest of the money ( I paid $100 deposit via phone when I called to schedule). I told the delivery driver, you are 2 hours late and this wasn't what I ordered, I would like a discount, he told me he has no control over that and I would need to speak to Irene. I called Irene 6 or 7 times, rang twice and then straight to voicemail, she was REJECTING my calls! I finally had a friend use her phone to call and she answered, I explained to Irene that they are late and this wasn't what I ordered, and would like a discount, she tells me this "we don't even have a double water slide available, so you don't know what you ordered, and it doesn't matter if I'm 1 or 3 hours late, you have it all day" I told her that this was a party for CHILDREN and the party began at 1, they will not party all night long and the party is half way over, I want a discount, I am not paying the full amount! Her response? "If you don't pay, I will have them pack it up and take it away! and hung up the phone." She then kept rejecting my calls after that. So to not TOTALLY ruin my daughter's 4th birthday party, I paid the remaining balance and told them to leave. I have never been so mistreated by a company and forewarn anyone looking to use this company, DONT! It is an absolute joke, Irene is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. This company will ruin your party.

Worst customer service! No calls to notice that they would be late. No return phone calls, Arrived an hour late with no extension cord and no water hose with a double water slide. They didn't offer to get either or have someone bring one. Had to find someone in the neighborhood that did which took another hour. 35 minutes to fill the pull with water and then when the kids try to climb the ladder the bottom run was torn and unusable creating great difficulties for toddlers who could now not play unassisted. Finally a day later Amy texts asking if I still wanted to keep the slide till Monday. This was a 5 hour rental at a community park. Its now 15 hours after pickup and it's still there. Just lost my deposit for not removing all my party items and another party is trying to setup. The response from Amy this morning is she will file theft of services on me and see me in court for not agreeing to pay the $270 for a broken, inoperable late party rental and losing a deposit at my clubhouse for being 15 hours late and still counting to pick up the rental. Stay away!!!!
