Burden's Vacuum Cleaner Co
Tyler at Burdens saved my day!!!This is a local family owned business in Spring Branch opened in 1969. When I walked in to get a new vacuum to suit my family needs I was already very stressed out. I simply told him I needed a easy to use machine made for busy moms in a certain price range. So, he showed me my options. I chose this 12.0 amp Panasonic. Then he informed me on how to use every part of the Vacuum I had chosen, put a fresh belt on, suggested quality carpet freshener and added some to the bag so I could try it, and ordered an amazing accessory to clean my mattresses and couches with. We also talked about helping the community recover from this flood by having quality mold removal products and dry machines. He reassured me that customer service still exists. I came out way under budget compared to going to Home Depot or Lowes. I delt with no line or chaos. This will be a lifelong company I use for all of my vacuuming and cleaning needs! I support Burdens 100%

With the exception of the shower, the tiling in most our home was okay, but was overpriced for the quality of the finished job. The worst part is Gustavo's one year guarantee. In our shower, he didn't follow the drywall guides for the shower trim and we had to replace 4 24x24 marble tiles. The floor was even worse: Despite his assurances that his floor would drain, he built a floor that left puddles of water. The job around the drain was very unprofessional with sharp pieces of tile at awkward, uneven angles. But by far the worst: He scheduled 3 days in a row to come out, canceling each time when I called to confirm he was on his way. The third day he quit taking my calls or returning messages. His warranty is only on the work that doesn't have any problems.I attached some photos of his work: incorrect cut, marred surface, damage baseboard and no tile to cover the hole outside the molding.Find a different company to install your tile.

Clerk growled a greeting, found me bags that "will fit" (not the right ones), and THEN told me I couldn't use my debit card for a less than $10 purchase. Why? According to the owner, because that was his mother's policy. I kept feeling that I was on Saturday Night Live. Now looking--once again--for vacuum bags.

Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He discussed the pros and cons of each type of flooring and even helped us match the current hardwood to vinyl planks. The installation was speedy and the price was unbeatable.

This guy is cheat, I would recommend him to anyone. We agreed for getting tiles done for my home, he took the measurements of floors, sent material and once work is done, he asked for more money as he needed more material. That was outright cheating, material, work everything was included in the cost of contract. He kept adding more and more for each material [cement, grout etc.] and asking for more money. I ended up paying almost USD 2000 more than the contract.
Tips & Advices
The most common vacuum cleaner problem is lack of suction. Other frequent problems include a burning smell (usually a problem with the brush roll or the belt connecting it to the motor), excessive noise, unusual vibrations when starting, and the always-popular brush roll not rolling. Most of these are easy fixes and can be as simple as switching out the bag.
It’s time to replace the vacuum bag is when the vacuum’s performance is dropping. A full bag reduces a vacuum's ability to remove more dirt and debris--because there is nowhere to store it anymore. You might also notice less suction and more debris coming out of the vacuum.
The biggest benefit of bagless vacuums is not buying replacement bags (you just saved money!)But they tend to have more filters (HEPA filters) that need to be periodically removed and cleaned, so there’s more maintenance.
The most frequent causes of loss of suction in a vacuum cleaner is filter blockage and a clogged hose. These are usually easy fixes you can do yourself. If the motor has failed, however, that is a much larger problem that will require a technician or a new vacuum.
If a customer cannot find or does not have the owner's manual for his or her vacuum cleaner, it can usually be found online on the manufacturer's website.
