  • An amazing workout!

    My wife and I ""won"" a silent auction item at last year's police foundation gala that included six sessions at One 30 Fitness. After my initial conversation with Umberto Coppola, my curiosity was piqued. ""How can you get a proper workout in only 30 minutes a week?"" I asked myself.

    You see, I'm not a beginner athlete. In the last 3 years, I have run 5 half marathons, competed in a dozen triathlons, including a half-ironman, and ridden in the MS150. So, I was clearly in an 'I'll believe it when I see it' mind set when I showed up for my first workout.

    Without going into a lot of detail, I was a believer after the first machine! I have continued the workouts for three months now and the results are amazing. I have increased my strength and muscle mass. Interestingly, I have reduced my other workouts dramatically due to work and family commitments, but I move mountains to make sure I get my One 30 Fitness workout in each week!

    I also want to comment on Umberto Coppola. Umberto is very laid back, but at the same time pushes me to work harder every week. He is very friendly and makes a point of introducing you to his other clients when you come in. He is a firm believer in the program and goes out of his way to resolve scheduling conflicts to make sure I get my workout in each week.

    I recommend this program to everyone looking to add some strength training into their life. At only 30 minutes per week, it is the most ""doable"" workout I have ever done. It is virtually impossible to find an excuse not to do it. Try it and you too will become a believer.

  • Great value for being ""worked out"" for the week

    To say that I was skeptical when I was first introduced to One 30 Fitness is definitely true. My question was, ?how can One 30 minute workout a week possibly be sufficient?? Well, One 30 Fitness really works.

    My wife and I had done 3 sessions each before we left for Israel with a tour group. We had hoped to have had more time to ?get in shape? before we left, but due to circumstances, that is all we had time to do. ( I?m not telling our age, but we celebrated 50 years of marriage in July.) We were concerned we would not be able to keep up with the rest of the group. But to our amazement, those 3 workouts at One 30 Fitness, gave us energy and stamina, and we kept up very well.

    Something else that was of concern to both of us is the expense of using One 30 Fitness. Of course, since we returned from our trip, we have continued on the One 30 Fitness program. So far, we have been clients for about 6 months (with 3 weeks off because of travel). I continue to realize how good I feel. My wife keeps telling me that she thinks we can save money with something cheaper. I keep telling her that One 30 Fitness is the best VALUE, because of the value of our time. We only have to make one trip a week to the studio, and we do our workouts in the cloths we wear to the office.

    It is amazing that we can do a 30 minute workout, perspire so little that we don?t even need a shower, not have to change clothes, go directly to our respective offices, and be done for the week.

    I know that we are in better health because we are using One 30 Fitness. We feel better!
