    I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY ON BEHALF OF MY CLIENT ABOUT AN OUTSTANDING INVOICE FOR SERVICES RENDERED.THE OWNER NICK BRUNETT SAID THAT HE ISN'T GOING TO PAY MY CLIENT AFTER SERVICES WAS RENCERED.HE ALSO SAID THAT HE DOESN'T PAY PEOPLE WHO GOES OUT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.I EVEN HEARD OF A COUPLE OF PEOPLE SAY HE DOESN'T PAY HIS EMPLOYEES.THIS COMPANY IS A CROOKED COMPANY.I ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM TO BE VERY CAREFUL.BECAUSE IF HE CAN'T PAY HIS CLIENTS,THEN HOW CAN HE PAY HIS EMPLOYEES.THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY WE ARE IN A RESESSION NOW IS BECAUSE OF SHADY COMPANIES LIKE THIS.I AM VERY DISTURBED AT HOW YOU CAN MAKE MONEY FROM OTHER INDIVIDUALS AND NOT PAY YOUR PERSON WHO DELIVERED IT FOR YOU.HE WOULDN'T HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE BUSINESS CONCLUDED IF IT WASN'T FOR MY CLIENT WHOM TRUSTED THIS CROOKED COMPANY.PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY TO ALL CONSUMERS.THE OWNER IS THIEF AND A CROOK.

    Stay clear of this place. They use bait and switch techniques and then charge you a 35% restocking fee when you return the product they misrepresented. Nice way to pad the bottom line. I would never order from this place. Buyer beware!! Check Better Business Bureau and see the list of complaints there too. Not a recommended company to do business with.

    I've been happy with them in the past. I order IJ25 cartridges from them about 2 times a year. Out of the six I ordered, only one of them was bad, with an "ink expired error". My manager wasn't too happy about it and had me order a new one directly from neopost. It turns out that neopost cartridge gave us the same error! This happens when they update your machine; so then every cartridge needs to be updated to work. Either way, Mailquick sent me another cartridge and it didn't have any problems.
