Very unprofessional and should not be using his judgement to guide the test with his perspective. He gladly took funds without performing a service and said he would call to reschedule because he was not prepared instead of notifying before appointment or before he took the funds. He lied when signing documents and I was told not to read and just sign the bottom. I read the document and he straight out lied. His website shows he is members of organizations that he is not. He is condescending, rude, and unprofessional.

In my criminal defense practice I frequently use David to give my clients polygraph test. I have found David to be highly professional and also one of the few independent polygraph operators who's test results are accepted by prosecutors and law enforcement. No polygraph is admissible in court, but they can help in convincing someone of your clients innocence outside of trial.

Amy, well said. Very rude narcissistic type A personality. Worst encounter with a human being I've ever had and I've been a police officer for nearly 30 yrs. The City of Missouri City TX still uses this guy. The reason polygraph examinations are not accepted in court is because of his treatment and manipulation of his system. I'm only glad he's not my employee. After the examination he began to tell me his police experience in where he himself punched his son in the face knocking out his front teeth while serving as a DPS Trooper. I'm glad the L.E. profession weeded him out. I know it's a little dramatic; but he'll be giving polygraph exams at the gates of hell.
