  • Buying a Townhome or Condo?

Always check out the HOA management company and visit their properties to get an idea of the quality of service. Talk to the people who live on the properties that the management company oversees. Be active on your board too, so you will be in the know.

My friends were right about the nightmares of buying a townhome. Working with this company has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences for me and most of my neighbors. They have high turnover of Community Managers, do not perform inspections on a regular basis, and take forever to repair important things.
