Signing the document for them to work on the vehicle includes a waiver on "not responsible for personal items". They use this as a license to steal what ever they want out of the vehicle and they won't be held responsible for anything stolen. Basically liars and thieves. Filed report with Harris County Sheriffs office. CSI could care less that their "long term, in-trusted employees are theives.

OUTSTANDING service! Another auto shop said that I would have to spend $900 on my ignition replacement and said I had a ton of other repairs that needed to be done. I took it to steve's for a 2nd opinion. He not only did it way cheaper, but said that three of the other 5 repairs were not real. I will always come back to Steve's Auto Repair. It's hard to find a reputable shop. I'm glad I found them.

I have taken my car to Steve's for years and have gotten nothing but great service. Many times, I see that I need an oil change or an inspection and I pull in and they get it done. If they are busy, they'll tell me approximately how long the wait will be. Yeah, they may be a little pricey but comeon, they're a mechanic. This is your car. It's worth it to invest money in your car to make sure that it is running for a long time. I used to bring my car somewhere else and spent thousands of dollars thinking I was getting it fixed and it ended up in worse shape than it was in before. I like the peace of mind that I get when I leave Steve's and that's why I will continue to bring my car here.

Mr. Lee is such a kind person, that I practically look forward to my car’s oil changes & inspections :-). He’s professional, yet approachable, & always remembers me. It’s so nice to actually feel appreciated by a business owner! I don’t have a ton of money to throw around & it just doesn’t seem like any of the monolithic chain stores even notice the massive amounts of money consistently being spent at their businesses. In contrast, Mr. Lee is graciously appreciative & offers great prices to his customers! He’s also an asset to my community. When I spend my money at Lee Service Center, a locally-owned business, rather than some huge corporations’s service center, it helps stimulate my community’s economy. Since Mr. Lee lives in Houston & his business is based in Houston as well, there’s a very strong likelihood that he’ll spend locally. Unfortunately, the world’s business environment is now motivated by ‘Big Business’. Chain stores are rapidly growing in wealth & power. Sadly, the huge gains that corporations have made translate into a now almost epidemic death of countless small businesses. Take your vehicle to Lee Service Center & I guarantee you’ll leave with a bigger smile than the one you’d probably have to force anyway as you leave a Walmart Service Center. Keep up the great job, Mr. Lee! Houston needs more locally-owned businesses like yours~ 🙌🏻

I recently took my car there because it did not want to start, they ran a diagnostic test on it and found out that I needed a brake switch and that the water pump had probably gone bad. So they put the brake switch on , put antifreeze in it and changed thermostat housing that cost around $340 just to do that and to put the water pump on would be around $600 more. So I held off on getting that done. So maybe 3 weeks later same problem happened with the brake switch and it still was having problems starting so I took it back and told him what was going on so he said he would run another diagnostic and let me know. The next day he called and told me that I was looking at about $1600 to change the water pump and put a new timing belt on but he didnt know the exact problem because he had to wait get another machine to run a diagnostic on it. So almost a week goes by and he still had not got the machine to test it so I decided to not let him do the work for that outrageous price. The water pump only cost $39 at auto zone and to get to the water pump on my car you would have to remove timing belt any way so 1500 and some odd dollars for labor is absolutely ridicoulous. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. I read a couple of reviews before writing this and ppl were speaking highly of a guy named jj well I guess jj doesn't work there any more because a guy named carlos is in charge. Oh yea when I picked the car up he wanted to charge me 80 dollars for test he had ran, mind you he never got the machine to run a diagnostic. Horrible service

The worst customer service in Spring Branch that i've experienced during my 25 years as a resident in the area. The shop manager is very unprofessional and a class on customer service would be of great benefit to him! I will be reporting this side show to the BBB.
Tips & Advices
The cost of trash pickup often depends on the size of the garbage container and whether the service is being handled by the city or a private company. The monthly rate for weekly pickup of a 48- gallon garbage container can run around $20 if this service is handled by a local municipality, while pickup for a 96-gallon cart can cost roughly $22. Rates are often higher when working with a private company.
A compost cart is used for the pickup of compostable items. The list of compostable items includes yard debris, such as branches and plant trimmings; a wide variety of food products, including everything from baked goods to poultry to fruits, grains, and sauces; non-recyclable paper products such as used paper plates and cups; and miscellaneous items, such as cotton balls, hair, and wooden toothpicks.
Trash should always be placed in a trash container when possible. However, if you have more trash than you're able to fit into your trash container, some trash pickup companies will accept the trash if it is bagged and placed next to the full container. Many trash pickup companies will accept up to five extra bags at no charge.
The most common residential trash container size is 96 gallons. A 96-gallon container is large enough to meet the needs of the average family, and it's generally able to handle weekly collection cycles without overflow. This is the largest residential trash container that a garbage truck's automated side loader can accommodate.
Paint cans should not be placed in regular trash bins. Paint and paint thinners can be hazardous to the environment, and these items require special handling when it comes to disposal. If you have paint cans that need to be disposed off, call your trash pickup company to make special arrangement to have them removed.
