I've lived here for a year and am about to leave. Lots of great things about this place, so I'll be perfectly honest. Here's what I have to say.First, the good: -About half of the office staff are super friendly and helpful. -Considering the location and size of the complex (it's pretty large!), it's very quiet and feels safe (note that I'm a young single girl, living alone). -I've never had a problem with rowdy or obnoxious neighbors. -I like my apartment itself - it's old, but has a good layout. Great square footage for the price.-Assigned, covered parking with towing enforced.Now, there are a couple deal-breakers going on...-Maintenance. They're good about fixing small things. But all the apartments FLOOD HORRIBLY EVERY TIME IT RAINS! And every time I call to report it and submit a maintenance request; nothing is done. ONCE they replaced a portion of my carpet pad. But there is permanent damage, including rotted baseboards.-Yes, there are tons of roaches (and spiders!!), especially in the summer. The pest control makes no difference (I found bugs days after they made us move all our furniture to spray). The buildings are old. Bugs get in.-The OTHER half of the office staff are rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. They lose/forget important things, and aren't very good with package slips. I notified the office staff weeks in advance of my move-out date. I was assured it would not be a problem (extending my lease a couple weeks). Not long after, I received a call telling me that I needed to move out because another tenant was due to move in. When I tried to reason with them, explaining my prior conversation, the office staff HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back twice and visit in person to straighten things out. I've enjoyed most of my time living here. Never felt uncomfortable. If it weren't for such deal-breakers, I would totally stay. If you can put up with them, it's worth your money. Can't beat the location! Just remember, the rent is cheap for a reason.

Manny Molinar - State Farm Insurance Agent
When our previous State Farm agent relocated her office to another part of the city, we decided to look for a new agent located closer to our home. We called Manny’s office and were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. We met with Manny in his office that same week to discuss transferring our policies, and adjusting our level of homeowners coverage due to a recent major renovation of our home. Manny was very attentive and had several good ideas as to how we could better calibrate our coverages and save some money. Especially helpful was his suggestion to have our remodeling contractor sign a certification statement confirming that our plumbing, electrical and heating & cooling systems had been updated. This suggestion alone resulted in a significant decrease in our annual homeowners premium!Any time we have a question about any of our eight State Farm policies (homeowners, 2-life, umbrella, 2-auto, personal articles, and long term disability), all we have to do is pick up the phone or email Manny…he is very accessible, extremely knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. We highly recommend Manny and his team!

3000 Sage Luxury Apts
I am a current resident at 3000 Sage and I've noticed that the new leasing staff and management are really pushing to make our community safer and tolerable. I have lived here for about a year and a half and I feel great with the decision that I just made to renew my lease. There's a new gate system in the parking garage and around the apartments that was just put up and it's super secure now. The new management is really pushing to correct all of the prior complaints. I've seen so many changes.. The office is a much nicer place to go into now and even though I've been rude at times due to a long day at work and being crabby, I've seen the concern with making residents feel like our opinons and problems are a priority. My apartment is nice and cozy and everyone prefers girls night at my house because of my fancy place!I would definitely recommend leasing here. The only problem I would say that I have here is not wanting to leave the house because I love this place! :)Thanks 3000 Sage!

Excelente Servicio y el Salon quedo de maravilla el dia del evento. Mi familia y Yo, pero en especial mi hija que celebro sus XV Años, quedamos muy satisfechos por el servicio que la dueña, la Sra Maria y su Staff, nos brindaron desde el dia del open house hasta el dia que se nos entrego el ultimo servicio del paquete, que fueron el Video y Fotos de los cuales nos encanto la alta calidad y la atencion al detalle, que hasta hoy dia no paramos de revivir ese dia al ver el video y fotos. Gracias al joven Carlos Diaz y su Staff por la excelente produccion del Video y Fotos. El DJ muy professional en la presentacion y seleccion de musica. I was looking around for my first auto insurance when I was around 19 years old. When I walked into her facility I was greated immediately and respectfully. She sat down with me and I was nervous at the beginning but Renata explained everything beautifully and thoroughly. Made suggestions on what things I should have, what things are included in my coverage, and the different kinds of discounts I can receive from State Farm. There was a team member working for her that denied me a discount because she thought I was giving her a form that was not correct, but then Renata looked over it again and recorrected it. My experience with the Markus Tolson agency has been more than pleasant. I wish to thank the office manager Danielle for service above and beyond the call of duty. As much as she is very professional, she is also patient and understanding to the individual needs of us old folks who may not be so computer competent. I thought that eliminating PIP and Uninsured/Underinsured protection would save me money. I have since added these elements to my policy, thanks to excellent advise from Danielle. Insurance agents will often try to "upsell" on various extra products that may be useful for certain people, but are generally excessive for the average consumer. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
Yes. Even after you've chosen a plan and started paying into it, consider looking around again when it comes time to renew the policy. Consider using an independent agent when searching for a new insurance policy. While traditional agents can still find a good deal, independent agents can choose from a variety of providers and tailor your coverage to your specific needs. The Internet has also made comparison shopping easy. Potential customers can often get free quotes online very quickly.
Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate. With the proper information, life insurance claims are generally straightforward. Problems may arise if the policyholder has died within two years of opening the policy.
