Barkley Memorial Funeral
Talented, gifted, so caring, professional, excellent in all areas of funeral services. I am so thankful and grateful for the way in which service was provided twice. Services in 2015 and this year, and their care and service stayed consistently excellent. Both times my loved ones looked like "sleeping beauties" at peace. And, AFFORDABLE. I would highly recommend and return if needed.

Barkley Memorial Funeral
Barkley Memorial Funeral did the services for our family member this week. The service they provided was exceptional. Even though our loved one was 95 years old, the director was able to allow us to see and remember her as she was many, many years ago! Everything was beautiful.

Unity Funeral Home
My father passed away just a few days ago, I took my mom to Unity funeral to discuss the service. Mary and the staffs was very generous and kind. They help us plan a beautiful service for my father. They had everything that we had ask for from the beginning till the end. All my brothers and sisters was so happy that my mother had chose the best funeral home for my father. Thank you very much, Mary and Unity's family.

Pruitt's Mortuary
All I can say is job well done!!!! I have absolutely no complaints about the level of service and care that my sisters and I received from Vanessa and Anthony. They were very professional. Everything we wanted they accommodated without any hassle. My dad looked like himself which means they preserved him well while he was in their care. The homegoing celebration was on track and ran smoothly. The programs were nice and big and overall Pruitt in the Heights made the funeral preparations seamless and flawless. I highly highly recommend Pruitt in the Heights to anyone. Again I say , job well done!! Thank you all so much!!

When looking at the reviews and only one in over 3 years I get the impression people don't want to badmouth a funeral home. I was in the process of sending flowers for a coworkers family member who had the misfortune of being serviced at this establishment. The staff manning (or womanning) the phones were very offputting. I had a few questions regarding floral delivery time, process, etc... she talked to me like I was asking her if she was from Mars. these were simple questions but I felt as if I were bothering her asking questions. if the phone person (first contact) is so bad, give me a box and a hole and I'll bury myself rather than deal with these people. Common courtesy, compassion, good communication are valuable traits in an industry that is fast changing from traditional to the new way of death disposal. Was gonna order flowers thru the funeral home, when I finished my conversation I did not want them to have a cut of the order so I went FROM their site to a flower site.

Claire Brothers Funeral Home
Do NOT do business with this outfit. Staff is rude and Riley Smith is a crooked con artist who uses pedophiles and convicts to front his illegal activity. Falsified my sons death certificate and wanted 500 dollars for each family member to view my son. My son died in Montgomery county but Riley Smith took his body to Harris Count so that family ould not view. When family drove the distance, he imposed an outlandish fee. I have never been able to say goodbye to my son. Riley had him cremated and refused to tell family the day of my son's cremation. Office staff refuse to discuss. They act like my son was never there even though his death certificate and autopsy say Claire Brothers handled his remains. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRIMINALS!

Rodney F Byrd Funeral Directors
Dead beats!! Booked limousine service in Omaha, NE and did not pay their bill...of only $290.00. Would not take or return calls. One email response was received from Trakesha K. Byrd (after several attempts in contacting) confirming they did in fact collect payment for this service from their clients and had not paid our office.I would have serious doubts about the integrity of this company!!!!
