Sharlene Richards Law Office
Hello, fist of all excusse me for my grammar and spelling mistakes.I couldn't wait anymore to start to write this review, after my interview today...Ms. Richards is the nicest person I have ever seen, in the law world. After my first appointment, I made my decision to hire Ms. Richards. She was honest and upfront from the first appointment. The fees didn't change, even she went extra mile to help me more than she promised. Well she didn't promise me any immigration status, she just promised to help me get my paperwork together and show up to the interview with me to protect my rights and explain to me if I need help. She believed in me because she knew that I was right from the beginning. Because of some fake folks, most of the immigrant gets judged or has to go thru the process! She helped me to contact with some sources to get my paperwork together, she always informed me about everything on time. She even helped me to fix some grammar mistakes in the forms/letters. Beside of all of those she helped me to be strong in this hard time. At the end of the the 3rd counseling session, I was still missing some paperwork and photos since I had only about 2 weeks or less time to the interview date when I hired Ms. Richards. Even so she was still patience with me and called me at the end of the day and the next (this) morning to reminds me about the missing paperwork. Anyways we talked to meet at the uscis office 30 mins before the interview time. I was there little earlier than that and Ms. Richards was there before than agreed time. We walked to uscis office, picked our seats and waited for my interview. While we waited for the uscis officer to call me, it was more than 1 hour passed. Meanwhile we had really cool conversations. She wasn't just a lawyer there for me, she was also good person with positive energy and attitude. My name was called and we walked to interview room. She just reminded me again to give the paperworks to the officer and just watched everything goes in its flow. While the interview Ms. Richards made couple comments about the paperworks and explained me one of the question I didn't understand. Because that's all I needed, rest of it was my job. Of course I had to tell my story, of course I had to answer the questions about my case and explain the evidences I brought with me since it's my job to do all this. Everything went smooth and my case was approved. I'm really thankful to Ms. Richards for everything and I would recommend her to everyone 110%Regards Javid.

Reddy & Neumann, PC
Reddy and Neumann PC was recommended to us by one of their satisfied clients who happened to be a family friend. I consulted Rahul Reddy regrading my EB -2 Green Card. The fees for the process seemed a bit high so I was reluctant to go for it. I got in touch with another immigration lawyer with my case. The early consultation that I had with them left me dissatisfied. So, I came back to Rahul Reddy again. Once my process kickstarted with them I felt relieved to have made the decision. I appreciate their effort in getting me the green card through employment based second preference. Since I am from Iran the dates were current and I could get the green card fast. I would recommend them!!

This is for my dad's lawyer Rahul at Reddy & Neumann. I wantto share my own experience with this lawyer regarding my dad'simmigration issues and everything he has done for me. His efforts at getting me US Citizenship changed for my dad life.He was able to guide us for the medical report needed for the exemption for English test as my dad was poor in learning English especially as he is almost 70 years old. Rahul He is an excellent lawyer and I will always recommend him to all my friends and will definitely come back to Rahul if I need any immigration related help for my family. I really don’t have words to express my feelings. All I can say is “THANK YOU SO MUCH"

Mr. Reddy and his team filed my H1B petitions, got me my PERM in a swift go. The confidence I had seen and experience I had with them got me going with them again for I-140 and eventually Adjustment of Status. The entire team of Reddy and Neumann PC is very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the processes. Documentation, questions, doubts, everything was cleared. I could see my process going very well. I'm extremely thankful for all the work they did on my case. Highly recommended!Rajat M

I was terribly caught in a case of intent to revoke my I-140. I wouldn't want to give the details leading to it. But I's definitely take this time to thank Rahul Reddy. Rahul Reddy and his team in Reddy and Neumann PC. It was a very tricky case and I had lost my hope. My friend recommended the firm to me. Their work was impressive and the knowledge they had regarding cases like mine was tremendous. I strongly recommend Reddy and Neumann PC for Immigration cases.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Rahul for theassistance he offered during my GC process. I was worried when my 485 got denied as I was not working with the same company that filed for my underlying I-140. However Reddy & Neumann PC took care of our emotions to reopen and get our Adjust of Status Approved. It took about 5-6 months for the process though. I have to admit Reddy & Neumann PCis on the expensive side though.

Knowing the technicalities of immigration myself , I find Rahul as someone who I can look upto. All the way from initial consultation to filling the application Rahul demonstrated extreme confidence in his approach. Rahul came across as someone who knows all the legal ways to visa, green card or citizenship, he could think outside the box in order to come up for a suitable solution.
Tips & Advices
Some immigration processes can take months or even years to resolve. USCIS posts an online list for each field office that shows current processing times for common applications, such as ones for permanent residency, citizenship and proof of citizenship. These estimates provide a sense of the current backlog. An immigration attorney will usually monitor these timelines for you and communicate any updates.
An immigration lawyer might request copies of numerous documents, including a birth certificate, passport, letters from employers, proofs of address, income tax returns and photos/correspondence with family (if you are applying for an immigration benefit via a spouse or family member).
Yes, if you want them to. While an attorney cannot directly answer a USCIS agent’s questions, he or she can provide support and clarification during the interview. Having an attorney present is generally a good idea if you are involved in a complex immigration case.
Yes, for applications such as an adjustment of status (for example, going from a tourist visa to a green card) and citizenship, it is usually a good idea to agree upon a fixed rate that covers all paperwork and responses to evidence requests. This can save you money compared to an rate based on billable hours.
Fee schedules vary significantly depending on the case type. Immigration lawyers usually charge for both the required application fees from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and for their services. Longer, more complex cases such as deportation defenses are more expensive than simpler matters like completing a citizenship application.
