These guys will tell you what you and the bank want to hear to sell you anything. They pretend they don’t know the prices they post online, you’ll find online in craigslist lower prices and they’ll act like their doing you a favor by honoring the price. We purchased 3 trucks with them. They don’t perform any kind of service to any of their trucks and they won’t disclose that until you’ve purchased, so once you get it you’ll have to spend thousands to get all services/maintenance done. One of the trucks had 3 accidents they failed to mention even after you ask, so ask for a carfax before you buy. After only 2 months we had to replace the engine ($10,000-$12,000) even though we spent a ton of money on service and maintenance ($1,500-$2,500 each). As soon as we started driving these truck, two of the trucks had emissions issues ($2,000-$3,000 in service/repairs each) and then the 3 engine lights come on when driving to the point of the trucks would shut down in the middle of the freeway, regen isn’t an option because they had to have the service done. The fifth wheel had to be replaced ($500) each. When you contact them for help they’ll tell you to go pound sand. We scheduled a call with the owner Chet after calling twice to talk with him and not finding him and he doesn’t even have the care or decency to take your call when you scheduled to talk with him.

These people took Nisan Sentra custom made from me after missing one payment. The same day I received a check for 9000.00 dollars. Offerred to pay that payment and 3000.00 more to get my car back and show good faith. I had been late but never missed a payment. They declined, had my car stored in a lot on Hillcroft and highway 90. Allowed me to get my things out of the car. These people are modern day loan sharks, who want to sell the same car over and over to different people,get a new down payment and new payees. This is like a monopoly game where you sell the same pieces to different people. This makes the company prosper but the people suffer. I hope they reap what they sow. Please report them to the better business bureau this way we can help others.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!! First they put you on hold, you call back and they don't answer,. You leave messages and they don't return calls. I had to call from a different number for someone to answer, when i finally got in touch with someone he was rude and not helpful. He got more angrier when i ask for the manager and hung up the phone on me.

Beware of taking a title policy issued by Title Houston. My seller chose them and they issued me a title policy in May, 2014. In 2016, I received notice from the Harris County Appraisal District that said I owed over $11,000 in back taxes. When I called the title company about it, they assured me that there was a homestead exemption on the property when I bought it and so I shouldn't worry about it. In fact, the house had been in the seller's late wife's name and he had never filed for a survivor homestead exemption but the Title Houston, who knew the circumstances, used the prior year's information without checking that he had filed. When I got the actual bill, they ignored me for three weeks and did nothing to help me. Since penalties were piling up, I had to pay the Tax Collector/ Assessor. The title company was sloppy, unprofessional and unresponsive through the entire process. Lynne Sullivan was he closer. I will be following up.

DO NOT I repeat DO not do business with these people. Very rude staff and total crooks. Paid on a 2010 Nissan Altima for 5 years at 471.00 a month. Payments never seemed to go down. 1 month past due they repoed the car saying I still owe 2800. On top of that I could not trade in or refinance. THEY do not Report to the credit bureau. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion Hub Hyundai of Katy (I-10 Location) is the BEST Hyundai dealer in Houston for providing outstanding customer service and pricing.I have purchased 2 vehicles at this location in less than one year. This is due to the fact that my salesperson Ziya was extremely knowledgeable of his product, assessed our needs by asking the right questions and provided the very best options for myself and my daughters. Ziya was on point with his recommendations and did not pressure us in the least with options beyond what we asked for. In addition to Ziya, the sales manager Lawrence Varella and Finance Person Octavio Cancel were AMAZING in making our experience a pleasant one.This is a dynamic team at Hub Hyundai and should be highly commended for their dedication to customer service.

I had a loan for $2700. I paid it back on time and was always months a head of my scheduled payments. I never had a problem with these people. They do charge a lot of interest but that is because the people that get loans through these type of agencies have bad credit or no credit history so that is why you pay a lot of interest. This is why it is good to have good credit. If you have good credit then you would never need to get loan from these guys. The other complaints about them being mean is because you borrowed money from them and they want it back. I would be the same way. If you stopped paying me back I would be pissed. Make your fucking payments on time and you will never have a problem.
