Salomon is an expert at what he does and is always very attentive to detail. He does not shy away from a hard job. He disappeared into my thirty year old dusty attic for 20 minutes to take a closer look at something he suspected may be the issue when servicing my ac and was right about his suspicions. He is honest and fair and I would highly recommend him for any job.

Polar Refrigeration & Air
My experience with polar ice was horrible, we had a technician who came out because my unit at one of my rental properties would not turn on, he informed me there was a $80 trip fee and 60$ Diagnostic fee to which I agreed. After diagnosing my unit he told me it he would charge 500$ to change out my capasitor. I thanked him for the diagnoses and informed him that I would shop around for someone to fix it. It was at that time he got very rude, and unprofessional with me. Telling me I would find no one else to fix it and I wasted his time coming out there (even though I am still paying the trip and diagnostic fees) He then charged me $170 instead of the $140 he told me he would charge, he also did not take a picture of the receipt and send it to me like he said he would. Instead he gave all that information to my tenant as well as trash talked me to my tenant, and finally where I draw the line is he did not even return my unit to the way it was, he left everything disconnected and just closed up the unit and left. After I discovered his I called back to their office, they repeatedly did not answer my call and finally when I used my work phone they answered on the first ring. After filing my complaint, she left me a message a little while later saying there was nothing she could do when she should have at the least had him come back out and reconnect my unit. It was at this time that the technician personally reached out to me and proceeded to call me an inept landlord, and threatened to call my job and complain about me. The amount of unprofessionalism I received from this company was unlike anything I have ever seen before and when I reached out to them to make it right the they ignored my phone calls. Here are what text messages from the technician and myself. I'm not sure if this is the owner or not. I do not recommend this company

Trotti Service Co Inc
This company employs at least one rude and reckless truck driver who tries to cut people off on busy freeways.

A/C Tex
Over a month and 3 visits, Adam systematically chased around different problems with my Unit that he himself was causing. His last diagnosis was my system had been fried, he could smell burning and it must have been hit by lightning! Fortunately, a second opinion showed there was nothing wrong with the system, Adam was either "looking for a way out" or "didn't know what he was doing". Either way, he does not keep to his scheduled times, is poor with responding and is a typical snake oil salesman trying to add extras without fixing the problem at hand. Avoid.

Ample Services Air conditioning & Heating Repair
We have used AMPLE SERVICES for years. Robert is a real pro. Call him anytime day or night, even on weekends! His response is quick, his prices are more than fair, and best of all his work is reliable. He has replaced 2 of our old units and his price beat everyone else we tried. We have recommended him to several friends who all say he is the best there is. We wish we could rate him higher than a 5 because we think he is a perfect 10!

One Call Air Duct Cleaning
Our Air Conditioner was no longer blowing much air. We had attempted to have another Air Duct Cleaning Service come out and fix the problem but they were unsuccessful. We called a few places, including One Call Air Duct Cleaning and they quickly came out. Before we were even charged for services, we were given an estimate, which was drastically lower than the other two companies that came out. We decided to choose One Call Air Duct Cleaning to clean our air ducts and it has been working ever since. Great job guys! I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing air duct cleaning service.

One Call Air Duct Cleaning
One Call Air Duct Cleaning called first thing in the morning to let me know our appointment would be later than originally scheduled and then checked in again after noon to give a more precise time. Even though the app't got set back, the communication is very important and matters most when planning things around your day. He did a great job and was very courteous

Mr. Rogers Heating & Air Conditioning Services
Great Company my AC went out a few days ago and I was miserably HOT! I'm always skeptical on who to call with situations like this because I'm always left with a bitter taste in my mouth feeling ripped off but I needed to get my AC fixed ASAP and Mr. ROGERS was highly recommended by a friend of mine and I took a chance, best decision I ever made. I called late about an hour before the company closed and I explained my dire situation and the owner himself came out to service my call he was very professional with excellent people skills best of all he didn't try to sell me no mumbo jumbo after he took a look at my system he explained to me that I had a leak and needed freon, that simple! He took care of the problem within an hour of his arrival and charged a very reasonable price I appreciate good qualities in a company that provide honest trust worthy work and people. They will definitely be my go to company if I have other problems with my Ac and Heating in the future!

Air North Air Conditioning & Heating
I called Jeff for an appointment on June 1. He told me he was busy and couldn't come until June 6. So I waited. He showed up, looked at my job, which entailed hooking up two vents where the ducts had become disconnected and said "it's too much, I can't do it. It's not worth it financially." And so just declined the job after making me wait 5 days.I understand that the setup of the ducts wasn't straightforward (the previous homeowner was a diy-er and had made some bad choices making repair difficult), however making me wait, then just bailing with no help finding a replacement or anything is just lame. Maybe he does good work for others, but this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. Obviously I will not be recommending him to anyone. Made this account with an alias just to post this review. Thought you should know the risk in calling him.
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
