Not even a week after I moved into their Briarwood location, 18 hours after I got my new bedroom set, I came home to a ransacked apartment with a lot of missing items including me new bedroom set. Long story short, the maintenance man/men illegally went in and removed my stuff. One of them still had my things in his van in the evening although he said he thought my apartment was a "trash out" and they went in the morning. In his van, he was using my pet seat cover for my car as a tarp to cover my furniture and things that were in his van. I left this Pet cover folded neatly on my counter. The office manager also stated that this maintenance man NEVER came in her office to get the master key to go into my apartment. ������������ Of course I did not get all of my stuff back. To make matters worst, the apartment complex refused to cover the price of my missing things and I have to go through my renters insurance which will increase my premiums. They had a nerve to offer to cover my deductible ($500) but put in the agreement that I couldn't tell what happened. Of course I declined their offer. Mind you, 2 weeks later, I came home with my door wide open and someone in my apartment. "Apparently", the office gave him the wrong apartment number. Be careful.

If I could give Shana Hill more than 5 stars, I would. Other people have told me how stressful purchasing their first home was, and I don't feel the same because I had Shana as my realtor.
