there are a few guys that work there that are great but since the new manager took over, things have really gotten bad. The young girl that I think is related to the horribly rude manager is also horribly rude - blatantly and the young man that I also believe is related - they all came on together! I only go now when I know one of the guys are working that have been there a long time and are fabulous.Hours above are incorrect - they should say:Lobby closes every day at 10:30pmDrive thru closes every day at 11pm

Their Hours are: Sun-Thurs 6am-midnight and Fri & Sat from 6am-1am.Phone number is: 713-668-0287They have new mgmt and they are fast, accurate and friendly. On the rare occasion there is a mistake, just call and the manager will fix it/make it up to you. I go here nearly every night (min of 4 times a week) and have been really pleased with the new people for months now :-)

I have been here 3 times now each time I swear the service gets better ? Hahaha ! Everything is always so fresh, the guac is greener than all the other locations, maybe more avocado, duh but it's good ! Sofritas are nice and soft instead of hard, I had some over cooked chips one time, they said sorry went through about 10 bags and found me the perfect one !

I have gone into this restaurant twice. After waiting a year for this business in my community, finally a week ago .... they opened. This is a nice restaurant.....however, watch out for "extra" charges.... Also.... before you leave.... make sure you have everything.... you have bought and paid for. Disappointing.

Great store - I go there apx 3-4 times a week. They all speak perfect english! They are great at accommodating my picky nature and they do it with a smile. Their tea is always fresh unlike the westheimer store. I go out of my way to this location because of the great service and fresh tea!

I came here to order a tuna sandwich. The first thing I noticed was that they skimped me on the meat. During the whole time from making my sandwich to ringing it up, they had a bad attitude, as if I offended them somehow. I gave 2 star because the sandwich still tasted good.

It's great my bf doesn't speak English and there's this nice African American girl there now I mention this because it's obvious she doesn't speak Spanish .. But she really tried to understand him and is very helpful I really like her she's a real team player :)

Love the New Taco Bell on Lockwood Dr. and Lyons! They're fast, always friendly and polite everytime I've been so far! They haven't messed up any of my orders, and the food always seems freshly made. Love the service over there, hope they keep it up! :)

The servicer made a mistake and overcharged for my meal. I checked the receipt and talked to her. She gave me back the difference but her attitude was bad. She showed a cold face and did not make any apologize. She has to learn how to serve customers.

This was the worst jib I had ever visit, the so called manager was the rudest and the food was the sloppiest,the manager made sure she charged me 1.89 plus tax to put some soda in my daughters 4oz sippy cup, and didnt even give me a receipt.

Just a moment...
