I went in today to see the dr because I have a URI and I've been having a difficult breathing. The dr told me that they where gonna have to draw blood and I have a BIG FEAR of needles! I told the nurse (Candy) that was taking blood from me that I was really freaked out about needles and she was really sweet and did everything she could to keep me from thinking about her taking my blood, she talked to me and calmed me down and never lost eye contact with me and before I knew it she had already taken the blood from me and I didn't even feel when she poked me with the needle! I really appreciate how professional she was and it was really refreshing to actually have a nurse that seems as if she cared about her patients! ( Because I know I've been a patient there for a while and some of the past nurses that worked there where very rude and very unprofessional! So much so I was considering looking for a new clinic or Dr until I met Candy.... Y'all should give this girl a raise!)
If you don't want to stand in line long, and you want agents who will treat you with kindness and show patience when you need additional information, the Cypresswood Branch of the Harris County tax collector is where you should go. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Earlier in the day, I went to the Tomball branch and will not go back. I was in line for half an hour, then found out the people in front of me had been there for over 2 hours. They still had at least 9 people in front of them, which meant I had 15 people in front of me! The line didn't move the entire time I was there. Oh, and there was only one agent servicing because at 11:00, two others had gone to lunch.
I did really like dr rodriguez but i was never informed that she left.since shes left my daughter has seen two different docs. They dont take her prematurity into consideration. I took her about two weeks ago and one doc tried to tell me she just had allergies. I finally got them to run tests and she had the flu and a throat infection. Then i went a few days later and apparently the first doc "missed" her double ear infections. Then i go back today and after waiting 2hours they made me go home without seeing my daughter. I will not be going back. They are playing with my daughters life.
Dr. Carroll has been my primary care doctor for 2+ years and I can easily say that he is the best doctor I have ever seen. He genuinely listens to my concerns and offers the best treatment options so that we decide together what will happen. His staff is also great and once you get to know them, they are really funny! I also really like that the office is high tech with an online patient portal to see all of your info from past appointments, make refill requests, etc. The office has a Zen feel to it - not like some waiting rooms that feel like a bus station!
My son had an xray done at CY Fair Health Center through a doctors order from Texas Children's Pediatric Association (TCPA), good service, but I get a bill weeks later and the outpatient price was over 7 times the cost of going to an orthopedic doctor I found for the 2nd xray when his wrist cast was taken off. It would have been well under half the cost to just go to the emergency room than go to TCPA and get referred to CY Fair Health Center for a simple wrist xray.
LA MEDICINA QUE TE RECENTAN LOS DOCTORES SON MUY BUENAS. PERO LA ACTENSION QUE TE DAN LOS DOCTORES Y LAS ENFERMERAS ES MUY PODRE,PQ TE A TIENDEN COMO SI ESTUVIERAN MUUUUUUUY OCUPADOS. NO TE DAN LA ATENSION QUE SE MERECE UN PASIENTE. CUANDO VAS Y TE HACEN UN EXMEN NO TE EXPLICAN MUY BIEN CUALES SON LOS RESULTADOS PORQUE NO TIENE TIEMPO,ESO ES LO QUE APARENTAN. YO SIGO REGRESANDO POR EL MEDICAMENTO QUE ME RECETAN ES MUY BUENO....ESO ES LO UNICO QUE ME GUSTA....
Great service. I was in love with the clinic from the moment i called to get information about the program. I was surprised they also offered other kind of treatments like hormone replacement. The staff was lovely. I felt like i had known them for a long time. They are all very friendly and kind. Denise C. The nurse practitioner walked me thru every step of the way with the program and I've lost about 30 pounds in 2 months!
The front office staff and the providers are very helpful . No waiting time and the nurse practitioner whom I saw was ver patient and knowledgeable . They have a very reasonable rate when I compared to other clinics around that area and they also give discounts . I was very satisfied with the care I recieved there . I recommend to anyone who needs help with any health problems with financial issues .
I thank God for this doctor! She always takes the time not just to properly check my symptoms but also answer any concerns I may have. I've visited other doctors in the past and for the most par they seen like they just want to write a prescription, get you out of the ASAP so they can get paid. Doc Zois is a person who one can tell, became a doctor to help people. not for money, or title.
I was referred to this facility through my insurance on a day my PCP of 5 years was closed. I had never tried any other Dr. For the fear of the unknown. Well, after visiting this office as a walk-in patient. I can honestly tell you it was a welcoming experiment. I enjoyed the friendly staff and Dr. Nolasco was very informative. I have recommended this clinic to my family and friends.

- Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
- Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
- Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
- Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
- Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
- Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
