YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. These are the best cupcakes around!! Super moist and tasty from he cake to the frosting. They where even able to accommodate special request. My daycare requires a label that shows all ingredients before they will allow bake goods in the classroom, and thy made one for me!! I asked several other cupcake shops and they said no.

The cake was perfect for our wedding. The compliments are still coming in not only for how beautiful it was, but how amazing it tasted. We went with the traditional wedding cake which was vanilla with amaretto flavorings. Thank you so much for a beautiful and delicious cake! I am already looking forward to getting to eat it again at our one year anniversary!

Good cakes, but they ripped me off and I just realized it. Okay so last week I ordered a cake from them. When I picked it up I was told it was $39.95. I asked for a receipt and she told me they don't give receipts. Very strange. Anyway, I payed and left. Then a few days ago I ordered the same exact cake. This time the price was $32.95. That's seven dollars. What a rip off. I wish I had the proof but THEY DON'T GIVE RECEIPTS. I will order another cake soon and demand a receipt! I don't know why this ticks me off. Maybe because it's like they are trying to hide something. Anyway, good cakes.

My parents recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. We had a big gathering and we designed a wedding cheesecake from Bavarian Cakery. Multiple tiers, customized to our design, fabulous decorating and ample, knowledgeable guidance from the Cakery. Those who attended the party did not even wait for us to cut the cake and take it out to the reception area.. they flocked to the kitchen of the party location (approx 85 in attendance) and took it, piece by piece as it was being cut. That cake was inhaled!! =) Many of the guests at the party were well up in years and you've never seen so many people who were so excited about a piece of cake! The "cheesecake" has an upper and lower thin, cake-like layer and is then filled with this extraordinary cheesecake/mousse filling. It is moist, delicate and delicious. Everyone RAVED about the cake and it will long be a topic of conversation by those who attended the party.. it was THAT good!

Perfect. I really don't like to give five star reviews but I had to in this case. There was a deciding factor that pushed me to give it that extra star. First of all the cupcakes: awesome. I'm not really a cake person. I love pies and will eat a whole pie over a cake any day. Today though I thought I would take something special to my mom in the hospital. I swung by Crave, which wasn't as easy to find as I thought it would be, and headed in as I admired the design of the outside and inside of the shop. Very upscale and compliments the designs of the sleek cupcakes nicely. There were quite a few people inside but I was attended to promptly by a friendly employee. I chose the Red Velvet cupcake for my mom, and I decided I'd try one too and got the Crave Chocolate and Creme. The cupcakes are the best cupcakes I've had. The cake portion was a tad bit moist, not too much, but was mostly light and fluffy and flavorful. The cake was topped with chocolate and a dab of creme in the center. I could eat a dozen of just the tops by themselves. Mom really enjoyed hers as well, but she had been eating hospital food so she may have been biased. So the entire experience up to the cupcakes give it four stars but here's what put it over the top for me. The coffee. I drink a ton of coffee and I can honestly say Crave's coffee is some of the best I've ever had. The cup was ground and brewed after I ordered it so it was fresh. I chose the Dark Roast. It was smooth, strong (but not acidic), and had a nice subtle cocoa-y taste to it. I finished it all too quickly and plan to go back for more. Great stuff. I noticed some of the other reviewers complaining about the price, but honestly you get what you pay for. If you want cheap cupcakes then stop at the grocery store and get a pack of cupcakes for a buck. If you want really good cupcakes and/or coffee stop at crave and spend a little bit extra to get a whole lot more.

Wandering aimlessly down Rice Blvd. will lead you in either of two directions: into Hermann Park, or to a place where great food, wine and class meet: Ruggles Café and Bakery in the Rice Village. Quite a popular establishment, Ruggles offers some of the best food in Houston and uses the finest and freshest ingredients. The downside of its popularity is that the line is often out the door. Luckily, superb service makes the daunting wait fly by with a quick and accurate cashier staff and a simply amazing cooking staff that turns out orders quickly. On days when the line is doable and the weather is beautiful, customers can take the patio seating and even bring their own wine. The café will provide glasses for free. With a bustling environment that seems more like a beehive than a restaurant, Ruggles is the prime destination for delicious homemade soup and fresh salads. Their soup offerings include black bean with goat cheese and bacon, tomato basil and vegetarian vegetable. Those craving a fresh garden salad can try the satisfying small side salad, the spinach Cobb salad or the award-winning chicken tostada salad. The soup and sandwich combo features half of any sandwich and a cup of soup, for a perfect light lunch. With a price that won't break the bank, patrons are sure to leave with full pockets and, even better, full bellies. Definitely a great deal! The sandwiches range from the simple smoked turkey and Swiss, with cranberry-orange alioli - a mayonnaise flavored with garlic and other spices - on soft sourdough bread, to the elaborate grilled chicken wrap, filled with fresh mozzarella, lettuce and tomato in a spinach tortilla covered in ranch dressing and spicy mango chipotle sauce. Meatier offerings include the 91-percent lean meat buffalo burger with fresh mozzarella on a whole wheat bun, the roasted pork loin sandwich with caramelized onions and mango chipotle mayonnaise and the eight-ounce prime Angus burger. Both time-honored favorites and new twists are delicious, but the selling point of Ruggles is the choice the restaurant offers: All wraps can be made into sandwiches, and all sandwiches can be made into wraps. Sandwiches aren't for everyone, though, and Ruggles also offers an impressive array of pastas. In particular, the southwest pasta is to die for, containing goat cheese, bacon, spicy salsa and grilled chicken, mixed into a pile of fettuccine pasta. It has a delightfully spicy and bold flavor, and customers can add grilled shrimp for a delicious double-meat combination of poultry and seafood. If the meals still aren't jazzed up enough for you, you can create your own masterpiece at the thoughtfully organized and tidy self-service station. Patrons should also make sure to check out the Ruggles dessert gallery. This three-windowed display of sugary delights is a marvel to behold and includes such fares as the vanilla bean parfait with raspberries, the red velvet cake, several kinds of cheesecakes, the German chocolate cake and the berry ripple cake. Try the new strawberry bomb, made with a delicate angel food cake, mascarpone cheese, whipped cream and tons of fresh strawberries. Those who don't want cake may prefer death, and at Ruggles, death comes in the form of four-inch cookies, available in chocolate chip, white chocolate Macadamia, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, double chocolate chip and Reese's peanut butter cup. Definitely save room. Ruggles offers some of the best food and the best variety for the price in the Rice area. Rice University students with a HedgeHopper card gets students a 10% discount on Monday and Tuesday. A picnic basket in Hermann Park will never give you so many options.

If only I can eat this whenever I want, I would! BUT I can't afford to eat it everyday because each cupcake is about over 500 calories which is alot! but if you want to treat yourself, I say go for it! My favorite is the strawberry, vanilla, and the red velvet cupcake :)
