TruGreen
Technician was friendly and professional. Job was done fine. I would have given 5 stars however. I was given the date from the office and tech was there 3 days before the date.

TruGreen
Having taken over my account from another company Trugreen had to prove themselves and that's exactly what they did. I'm glad that Trugree is my service provider.

Genesis Property Management
They do a great job with my place. Whenever I need help I call and they answer and then things happen that are mostly to my liking.

Aber Fence
Aber Fence is a joke. It is all drama and the employees are so caught up in each other that hardly any work gets done. Amanda, Caty, Savannah, Josh, and Luke are the most unprofessional group of people in the company and because of that, it makes work harder to get done. Bad Company. If you're wondering why your installs are delayed, it is because of them...

Angel Properties
I really appreciate good service and communication. I usually don't give reviews but I really had to go above and beyond since my agent did. Highly recommend them for your real estate transactions.

Smi Realty Management
SMI realty has to be filled with the most incompetent, uncaring, slowest, and dumbest bunch of pricks I have ever had to deal with in my life. Don’t walk away from this company. RUN, RUN for your life. I speak mainly about my experience at Wildflower apartments. But I imagine the entire company and system, front bottom to top (including Starla T) is as horrible as the management at Wildflower.

Trinity Lawn
We've used Trinity Lawns for 4 years now - they are consistent and a good value as long as you don't have anything out of the ordinary. I've learned to pay them by bill pay with my bank and I have no problems. I would recommend them to anyone looking for consistency and a good price - just make sure they know what you want out of cutting the yard.

Owens James D & Associates
The staff there seems to be down to earth however James D. Owens is the most unprofessional belligerent scum pig ever. I called over and over to report being harassed by one of the tenants occupying one of the property units and he NEVER did anything (his job). It was to the point he blew it off and even hung up in my face. I willl NEVER recommend this so called company nor will I ever do business with them because of his rude ignorant ass. I reported him to the Texas Real Estate Commission.
Tips & Advices
Homeowners should work with a fencing contractor who is certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations, including American Fence Association or the North American Fence Contractors Association.
If a contractor requires an immediate decision, asks you to pay cash or doesn't provide an estimate.
  • Ask for portfolio examples
  • What's their reputation?
  • Is the work guaranteed?
  • Is there a warranty?
With exposure to the sun and the elements, wood fences are prone to cracking, warping and cupping. homeowners are encouraged to clean, seal and stain their fence at least every three years. Clean the fence with a specially formulated cleaner. After 15 to 20 minutes, use a pressure washer to remove any mold, mildew and debris from the fence. Then seal and stain the fence to protect it. An oil stain is recommended, as it penetrates the material and can maintain its condition for years.
Homeowners may use soap and water to clean off these materials, but they generally don't require much more than that. These options can be good for those that want a sturdy but low-touch fence.
