Breckenridge At Cityview
The worst place to rent EVER! Always had issues with several problems inside my apartment. Roaches and ants everywhere, called several times to have them exterminate and nothing has been done and this has been over 2 months ago, I am a very clean person.I even paid extra for reserved parking (2 spaces) and within 5 days I have called the towing company that they have assigned to their complex (which they suck too) several times and each time I call the tow company waits 2 hours for US to call them and says there's a "property hold". I have notified front office of apt complex and they said there was no hold.I wont EVER recommend this property to NO ONE! You dont even get what you pay for, which is alot for this area!!! Not worth it.

Camden Midtown Houston
I have leased at Camden for 2 years. From the first day, I was treated like a Princess and Zoe the Newf was always petted and given cookies during our frequent office visits. With the upcoming move out of Houston, I will remember Camden Midtown with special fondness and direct anyone coming to Houston to take a look at Camden Midtown. My favorite part about Camden Midtown? Everything!! From the front office to those folks responding to assistance requests, everyone made my experience here exceptional.

Mid Main Lofts
Midmain Lofts is horrible. I have lived here since they first opened. First off, my move in was awful. Quoted the wrong pricing couldn’t uphold what was originally quoted. Apt wasn’t ready to be moved in on time. No amenities as promised. Left my keys in a friends car and she drove out of town. Mind you I have two animals on this property and one of the girls in the office was not willing to give me a key to my apartment. Finally I convinced her by promising I would get the one my friend took out of town the next day and return the lended one by the very next day. She agreed, as long as I didn’t say anything. I also needed a key fob to get in and out of the elevator and stair wells but she refused. Thus I cannot leave me apartment from 6:30pm to 9:00am the next morning as I would not be able to get back in. I was told to wait until someone else who lived there got on the elevator so I could use them to get to my apartment. Shall I continue? There was a hazardous material spill 3 doors down from me on my floor. I found out on the news!!!! Called the apartment complex and the office manager told me point blank, I cannot answer any questions. I countered by explaining, I have living animals on that property and you cannot tell me if the hazardous materials are in my apartment? She explained no. An hour later, probably after fear of being sued, she called and explained my dogs were okay but couldn’t tell me any more information. I had to find out from a friends dad who works for the police department to even figure out which floor the spill was actually on. Oh? Mine- three doors down. Wonderful! Residents were not even notified of this event until 5pm that afternoon. The spill was announced on the news around 11am. So I live here and have dogs on the property, but telling me there was a mercury spill three doors down that had been exposed since the previous Friday (this is Monday) is not worth an email?I would never recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy.

Northbrooke Apartments
Do not think that things have gotten better because these reviews are older. I have left a recent review on google, yelp and apartment.com. The one on apartment.com keeps disappearing. This complex is HORRIBLE. The management team, lies about updates, work orders are not worked in a timely manner and I was moved into a unit that does not have working appliances. The BIG issue is the fridge that has a horribke odor like something has died in it. Gnats are all over the apartment because of it and i have reported this 3 times and guess what NOTHING. I just moved in last week.Called corporate and a lady name Susan with WLS Management states they do not manage the property anymore. She put me on hold to see if ahe can find out who does only to come back saying no one knows becuasue the company has new owners. She actually said they haven't managed the propery for a year. When I ask why does WLS Management site still shows this property and the apartment complex wesite has their name at the top big as day and when you click on the name it take you to their WLS site. She says "oh well we have been having issues with our website and this is good to know". Its clear management is so horrible because the owners are equally as horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Nothing they show you in the model will be in your apartment. Everything is old dirty amd extreamly worn. The office staff is rude and never returns your calls . I have been here almost A WEEK, and this is what I am dealing with. Do not ignore the the reviews even the old ones, the issues still remain. View pics of what I was moved into last week.

Yorktown Crossing
Lived more than a year. There is no available parking. You have to park on the fire line. Weird people come and go. You can wake up in the middle of the night with HELP screams. You look outside and see someone hit the another person in front of your apt. I also got a letter indicating that there is a sexual assault in the complex. Make sure you clean everywhere before you leave. They go and take pictures of every dusty little spot to charge you extra money. Even though I did not have a pet nor a child, they charged me carpet fee. When I talk to the manager, she said: "we assumed it is dirty because people walked in there". I never heard such a ridiculous reason nor experienced such a situation. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THEIR FAKE SMILE.

Villages Of Red Oak
I moved into these apartments in January 2014. And I regret it whole heartedly . Within a week of moving in , I discovered that I was not the only tenant reside in the apartment, there were RATS ! I went to the office the next morning and the man tried to convince me that they were squirrels. But there were holes throughout the kitchen cabinets and rat dropping and all they did was sealed the holes and offered me sticky traps. Once they found out I wasn't sleeping in the apartment, everytime I came to check on my things the refrigerator and freezer door was always opened, which causes it to defrost and a horrible smell covered the entire apartment . Do not rent here , these people DO NOT care about you and will not fix anything, horrible place to rent. I wouldn't give it any stars but you have to in order to submit your review.
