Although, our company owner shares the first name of our technicians they are not one and the same person. We address this even though it is not pertinent to our service provided. Now addressing the issues concerning the services, HVAC systems and their corresponding ducts are subject to variation in cleaning. As with a car it must receive cleaning and maintenance of its components to ensure healthy indoor air environment as well as a finely tuned running system, If not maintained throughout the lifetime of the home, they are commonly encountered with mold, mildew, and layers of dirt dust and debris. Unfortunately, in these situations a basic cleaning more often than not cannot be conducted properly. It is the duty of our technicians to fully inspect the HVAC and duct system before commencing any work. If any coupon or basic cleaning advertisement cannot be conducted the customer is given a full estimate on what each individual system needs.We urge the general public to become more informed. We offer detailed information on our websites and you can search and educate yourselves on many sites. Now with carpets, it is also important for annual cleaning to maintain its’ appearance and cleanliness. We also must address that if carpets suffer from pet stains or spills or water damage enough to reach the carpet pad, and not addressed properly, can further damage your carpet if professionally cleaned.If any customer has any complaint or dissatisfaction our company prides itself on responding and resolving these situations as quickly and efficiently as possible. Clean Air America
Having recently had our air ducts & carpets cleaned by Clean Air America, we began to research ways to lower our electricity costs before the Houston summer heat began to take its toll - our energy bills during summer 2012 were ridiculous. So glad we followed our instinct of going back to Clean Air America. They helped us evaluate our home energy consumption with old A/C unit & the energy bills we experienced from last summer. Quick comparisons were made to illustrate the savings we would see after replacing our old unit with new higher efficient 16SEER unit. The proof is definitely in my Reliant bill, already seeing a positive return. Just judge for yourself: May 2012 electric bill = $538...May2013 electric bill = $110!!! My wife & I are were completely happy with the choice to use Clean Air America, feels good to share the news of their great service with our friends & neighbors...especially anyone else who might have an older home, older A/C unit, etc. Totally helps budgeting for our growing family! Another plus with Clean Air America was our receiving a personal visit from the owner to follow-up after the installation - we shared our energy bill that proved he was right about the cost savings, confirming our unit will likely pay for itself within the next 2 summers. My neighbor was also impressed by the owner's visit...their sure to receive the same great service. Now when our guests come over during heat of summer we can enjoy cool low temps inside while the Houston humidity does its thing. Thanks again Clean Air America!

This company is as awesome as it gets. After calling another company to fix my A/C who gave me the typical "Your Compressor is out, and it will cost $1650.00" and temporarily fixed it, my A/C failed again for 2 more days, and after calling over 30 companies in 2 days for emergency Air Conditioning repair, Air Tech was the only ones that took the time to come out and fix my Air Conditioner. Not only did they fix my Air Conditioner (which turned out to be bad capacitors and dirty coils) but the Technician BILLY JR, had a great attitude, and great customer service. Not only that, but, what originally would have been $289.00 for coming out in the middle of the night and another $300 or so for, replacing 2 capacitors, cleaning the coils, adding freon and doing an inspection etc, he cut me a break at $89.00, which is not something that typical air conditioner companies do, trust me. I believe he went above and beyond what was expected of him, and my family and I are really appreciative of him and his company. He has our loyalty for the rest of the time we are living in this area. We are so glad to have called Air Tech, his magnet is on our fridge and we will call again if another problem arises, or we need an inspection. Thank you so much Billy and Air Tech.

SPEED DRY Air ducts & Carpet Cleaning
This company did WONDERS in my home. I was very impressed with them as i have used a different company before and swore i would never do that service in my home again, i went against my gut a year after my first bad encounter with another company, & am glad i did. When i called to schedule, someone answered the phone right away, she was very pleasant & knowledgable , she answered all my questions and even let me know of a discount they were offering at the time which saved me $149.00!!! So i was happy about that from the get go. When the tech showed up at my house, he greeted me and introduced himself and his helper. they went through the home adn did an "inspection" to let me know exactly what they were going to do and let me know of other things that they could do if i agreed. they wernt pushy or forceful for me to purchase mroe service, they just let me know and went on about their business. in the end i was extremely pleased and will definatley ve using them annually to clean my ducting and will probably use them for their carpet cleaning services too if they are as good as the duct cleaning. The company was great and very knowledgable and ON TIME, no hassle, no forceful sales, just did they work and left.

ZOLO AIR
After having my blower motor replaced by another AC repair business who tried to push me into a expensive duct replacement, I continued to experience problems with the air circulation. After calling this same company back who did a quick visit and again pushed for the duct replacement, the problem persisted. I myself went into my attic and even though I heard the fan turning, I felt no air flow before the cooling coils which raised some obvious flags. At this point I felt a bit disenfranchised with that company and contacted Manny at ZOLO AIR who promptly showed up within the 1 hour time frame I requested. He and his assistant wasted no time going into the attic to diagnose the issue. Seriously, in 4 minutes he discovered that the other company had connected the fan motor backwards. I spent more time helping Manny with his new phone than he needed to correct the issue. He only charged for the basic service call which was a amazingly fair price. He has earned our trust for future business transactions. 5 stars all the way!

Mr. Rogers Heating & Air Conditioning Services
Great Company my AC went out a few days ago and I was miserably HOT! I'm always skeptical on who to call with situations like this because I'm always left with a bitter taste in my mouth feeling ripped off but I needed to get my AC fixed ASAP and Mr. ROGERS was highly recommended by a friend of mine and I took a chance, best decision I ever made. I called late about an hour before the company closed and I explained my dire situation and the owner himself came out to service my call he was very professional with excellent people skills best of all he didn't try to sell me no mumbo jumbo after he took a look at my system he explained to me that I had a leak and needed freon, that simple! He took care of the problem within an hour of his arrival and charged a very reasonable price I appreciate good qualities in a company that provide honest trust worthy work and people. They will definitely be my go to company if I have other problems with my Ac and Heating in the future!

I called them on a Sunday at about 5 PM after I got home from a 4th of July vacation and they had 2 technicians on my doorstep by 5:30 PM. Both men were very cordial and well spoken. They quickly got to work assessing the problem and when they found the apparent problem they let me know what was going on in a way that I could understand. After further inspection they realized that something else was going on with my unit so they called their boss, who also came to my house to help find the cause of the problem. After a short while they had pinpointed the problem, communicated it to me in a clear and concise manner and then began fixing the problem. They worked diligently until all the work was done and didn't leave my house until about 7:30PM on Sunday. Thank you for being great at what you do and not compromising quality of service just because it's the weekend. Thanks again, you have my business from here on out!

Premier Air Conditioning & Heating Company Inc
Extremely happy with this company and service. Our central a/c went out Saturday. Called another local company they wanted $289 just for the trip charge on a Saturday. We decided to get out the old window unit and wait until Monday. Called Premier as they are in my neighborhood. They said they could have a tech out by 2 pm, but would call me if anything came up earlier. Got a call at 10:40 and they said a tech could be here in 20 min. 11:00 and the tech is here. Super nice and professional. Their trip charge is $83 and it was $190 flat rate to fix the compressor capacitor. Total of $273. $16 less than the other company wanted just to show up. A/C repair is expensive. My husband is a plumber, used to do service work I totally understand how it goes. I felt they charged a fair rate, it was fixed fast and professionally and I couldn't have asked for more.

Stay Cool AC & Heating
Comments*:Awesome, and honest! I will never use another A/C company ever. I was on my fourth day without A/C in July. I had a local A/C company come and tell me the unit had to be replaced without even trying to fix anything. I called Stay Cool after taking the time to read reviews. A company just down the street. I was assured someone would be here the next morning between 8-10. The owner himself arrived and with a $50 part fixed the unit. He checked the outside unit which was over charged and repaired that. Checked all vents for correct temperature. Total bill with parts $99.95 and this was a Saturday! If you are looking for honesty, understanding, care and great customer service call Stay Cool and no one else. Thank you so much!!!! Grateful to you Sandy Tilton

Extreme Air Duct Cleaning and Restoration
The guy from extreme came over today to clean my carpets and tiles.Sam and Jaime were the technicians that completed the work. I must say that I didn't expect everything to come out from the carpet and I was told by the Sam that most likely some of the spot are a permanent stains. They did try their best to remove the spot and most of them did came out. Jaime said that the spots left on the carpet are discoloration from the dog's urine. I gave them 5 stars because they showed up on time, worked really hard on my carpets and bathroom floor tiles, and the price I paid was less then what I was quoted over the phone by KIWI and Sears.I think that I will use them again next year and I would recommend to give them a try.
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
