As a young business owner and ex-auto dealer, who has purchased over 55 cars in 18 years, with a average of 50000 driving miles a year, I have seen and heard almost everything. It was nice to get a call form David Bagby in regards to the Taurus SHO, I built online @ 2am in the morning. What's interesting is, I didn't expect to hear form anyone until Monday, but today is Saturday. I explained to him that I have very high expectations of after the sale services and the reason for this is do to the fact I own very high end car such as the Audi A8L and the a Lexus LS460 and these car dealer have raised the bar for every other car dealer when it come to service. Grant it the SHO isn't a 65,000.00 Audi A8L but it is a suggested retail of $43,000 when I finish the spec. further more I'm spending my money. Years back I bought a car from Tommy Vaughn Ford and I had no problem with them at all. I called about a coolant leak I had one Monday and schedule to bring the car in later that day, which I did. Tuesday I got a call and the service adviser gave me the information as to what the technician had found (grant it he had no idea I was a Automotive Tech also) and I had already checked to see what was leaking. However he told me the lower radiator hose was bad and they would replace both upper and lower hoses and the thermostat as well a flush the coolant system as preventative maintenance. Car a getting more expensive and the service,experience and environment should be invigorating as spending $60,000.00 on a F350 or $40,000.00 on a Taurus. Over time I have purchased several new vehicles. Recently I purchased my first Mercedes Benz. I work in a service oriented environment. I always strive to give excellent service. I also expect great service but am disappointed at times. I went to another local dealership to test drive different models. I can't say they acted like they were interested in me purchasing from them. The sales rep was constantly answering calls during the two test drives. He even said he might have to assist another client and I would have to wait. (I had a scheduled appt with him). My boyfriend advised me to go where he purchases all of his vehicles. I went out of my way in 1 hour traffic to Mercedes North. It was by far the BEST experience I've ever had. Totally worth it. My sales guy Jaja Anele and his partner Vernon Gatlin were fantastic. I have never seen such team work. They are true gentleman. They treated me like royalty. From the beginning to end and all the way around. I will make the drive and refer everyone I know that is in the market for a car to them. Donald Cyprian made the dreadful paperwork smooth and effortless. I give them 100+!!!!

I took my ten-year-old BMW to this auto shop after a series of discouraging (and costly) experiences elsewhere, that started with an oil change and a naive request for a routine check-up at a supposedly specialized shop in my neighborhood in Sugar Land. I was already prepared to ditch my car and get a newer one, if asked again for thousands of dollars to take care of the growing list of potential issues affecting it. The service I got here however was exactly what I wished for: qualified, effective, honest, and reasonably priced. Some of the mechanics at this Mayco are very knowledgeable about BMWs, in fact they routinely fix and recondition such cars for racing competitions--just visit the shop and chances are you will witness one or two M3s race cars being worked on.To cut it short, I will just re-emphasize that I am very satisfied with the quality of the service received, and the price paid for it (only a few hundreds). Now I know exactly where to take my car when it needs a mechanic's attention. This rekindled my hope of keeping it for a few more years.

A lot of the guys from my school go to Texas Car Stereo.. and they all said it was pretty good. So on my way to the store me and my friend actually got in a little crash. But there was only damage to my front bumper, none to the other guys truck. Once i made it to the store i showed the manager what i just did to my bumper, and he said they could order one and replace it, which they did! They didn t even make me pay for it until they had it all done, which was really good for me. I had originally gone there to get some new tires because mine were blad, and i got some new ones for not much! And i got window tinting to, the viper one which is like life time warranty so it was worth the couple extra bucks and its nicer too! The sales guy Alex helped me out because i didnt know what i was looking for at all.. They were all really nice, the dropped me off at west oaks mall and picking me and my friend back up when they finished!! Seriously best first experience at a car store. And they had so much stuff!

All my friends told me to go here and on my way to the store i actually got in a little crash.. there was only damage to my car though. But once i got to the store i showed the manager the bumper, which had a pretty big dent in it. And they ordered me a brand new one and didn't even make me pay until they put it on like a week later! That was very helpful for me. Okay, but i had originally went there to fix my CD player. The had ruben fix it and it worked brand new! The people there were very nice and helpful. The sales guy Alex helped me pick out a car alarm that was in my price range, and i got the viper window tinting it has a lifetime warranty so i thought that it was worth the extra couple bucks there . I dropped my car off so i wasn't waiting there. They called me when it was ready! And it wasnt expensive at all! i went with some money and i still have some money! That made me kinda iffy though but everything turned out great for me! Thanks yall!

The only reason I am giving Momentum Volvo 5 stars is due to the absolute wonderful care and service provided by Keith and Julio in parts. Matthew in service was very kind however, Jonathan the "service manager" has no clue how to adequately do his job and should never be involved with any kind of customer interaction. His negligence and sheer audacity towards customer care has me wondering how he even got his position. If you are going to do any business with Volvo save yourself time and strife and go directly to Julio or Keith. They are PHENOMENAL and know how to do their jobs and that the customer's experience is a priority to them. Thank you, gentlemen for stepping up and going beyond for me in fixing the issues that arose. Note to management: seriously consider putting Jonathan in the back far away from customers, also, do not allow him to send emails when he is so inadequate at his job.

They broke into my car and stoled my radio so i wanted a new radio and alarm system. I was on a budget but i still wanted to get something with good quality . I saw their craiglist ads so i called and got a quote. I live in rosenburg so it was a bit of a drive for me but i was willing to give them a try since they have good reviews here. I walked in and immidiatley i was attended by this guy named sam . He was very nice and he explained to me the different types of brand alarms and what functions they have. I needed something good but still affordable. I explained to him my situation and how they broke in my car and stoled my radio. He offered me a great deal if i included a radio in as well as the alarm and i just couldnt refuse. I was willing to ride my car without music but with that offer it was a no brainer for me. AWESOME STAFF...GREAT FACILITY.....

First of all, you asked if we can get your factory hids checked on your 2003 BMW, after a quick check (free) we agreed that it would be more cost effective to replace your factory hids to aftermarket. Your total came out to about $300 to $400 with parts/labor and some additional work. Then you asked us if we can finance your ticket and we told you that we have a third party company that require some personal informacion about you and your finances. You did not get approved and we told you about it and that was the reason we could not performed the ageed project at the agreed schedule. At the same time, our staff offered to perform the work only of you pay yourself instead of financing the ticket, we never asked you for cash, we do accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and in some cases personal checks.

The service was GREAT! Very professional, courteous and fast. The service area, partially visible from the waiting room, appears sparkling clean. The service itself was excellent, with certain extra items suggested with no high-pressure to purchase. A request for an estimate was given in minutes; it was reasonable...and, again, there ws no pressure to purchase. The waiting room itself is extremely clean and comfortable (it's obvious that special care is even taken with the reading materials, since they are in great condiiton, Operations Manager (CHRIS), could not have been more courteous or kind. Even the young service rep who brought my car around when it was ready was friendly and even complimentary about my messy little car. All in all, the best automotive service experience i've had in many a year!

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
