Wow! After reading all the other reviews I am shocked! Had I read them beforehand I may not have moved in to my current property. However, my experience has been completely different, and Estephanie made my application process as painless and smooth as possible. Don't get me wrong, there were a lot of hoops to jump through as their screening process for tenants is efficient. But they were just thorough. Amanda in the office literally walked me through the set up of my Tenant Portal by staying on the phone with me with step by step instructions. She & Estephanie were more than amicable and pleasant to do business with. Prior to move-in, there were a few things I wanted addressed, and I was given no flack as they took care of those repairs. I found them to be professional & have no complaints. As we have been here a couple weeks now, I have noticed a few other things that need addressing, and have gone the proper channels by following protocol with a service request. Though they have not been addressed yet to this date, they are not issues detrimental to safety or health and I am sure they are not considered top priority while making repair rounds. I am overall pleased and quite hopeful of our business relations in the future. As someone whom holds Ethics and Professionalism as staples for my practices, I currently see no holes in theirs. Like many situations, different factors apply & create a different experience. In my experience, it's best to uphold high standards for oneself, and usually the response is to get back the same in return.

When we were in the market for a property manager, our Realtor recommended two companies to get in touch with. We called both, but never received a return call. We did a quick interned search and sent out emails to 4 other companies in Houston and called the 4 with the nicest websites. We immediately received a call back from Texas Renters. the lady's name was Mrs. Rose. She provided us with all the info I needed and if I needed anything else, she was the person to contact again. Before we knew it, she had an account rep out to our homes and we were rocking and rolling. There was no time lost. Within 2 weeks we had our first tenant and the company guaranteed that if there were any problems, they would pay to find a new tenant How cool! Well, that was 1 year ago. So far we're pleased with the service. The staff is responsive and they know our business well. Sam and Carla (the owners) have taken personal responsibility to assist us as well. We have no complaints so far and I highly recommend them.

I've had the great experience of dealing with TRS for better than six years now on an investment property in Spring Texas. As with any investment property there have been occasional issues that require immediate action. Everyone of the people I've dealt with has been outstanding. They've notified me immediately, made recommendations based on their previous experiences, and taken immediate actions as required. Always with a focus on the tenant's needs and the lease. As an absentee owner I couldn't ask for more than what TRS has provided me. All at a very reasonable cost. Incidentally, my tax consultant appreciates the clear concise records they provide me as we'll. believe me, all property managers are NOT the same. I have lived in Green Oak Park, a community that is serviced by VanMor properties, for 11 years. I have found the staff very courteous, helpful, and kind with handling request or concerns that I have had. I know that they are only the management company and decisions are made by the HOA board and other committees in the community. Vanmor properties only facilitates business that is delegated to them by the board of the community that they manage. Residence, by law, are sent four letters, including one certified, with a two week period between each one of those letters to correct or to respond to any violations or concerns. Vanmor also does not set HOA fees. The board does that as well as determine what those fees pay. If people get involved in their community then they will not be so misinformed.

We have been working with Texas Renters for 3 years with several Houses. The team is great and they are always available when needed. Communication is very clear and we know what is coming ahead of time. I did recommend them for several friends and I do recommend them now. I saw some of the negatives review and I think its unfortunate because thats not what I experienced at all for the last 3 years. I also got feedback from the tenants and they understand the rules and appreciate TR, the only complain that I had was from one tenant that had to pay for late fee when they paid their rent late. I plan to stay with TR for many years to come.

Precision Realty & Management was the the sole property manager of our rental home since 2006 until it was sold this October 2016. Throughout the years, we were very satisfied with their management services - very professional team, diligent and attentive to rental issues - lawn care and repair works needed and transfer of rental funds to our account. We completely trust them (we live out of state) with getting the tenants and getting top rental fees for our property. Snowflake Donuts
They make their nice size variety of breakfast foods everyday! They even have mini Kolaches, I mean I have never seen those anywhere else. Its really good and if you don't want do-nuts or kolaches they have Monster, Red Bull, and orange juice and I can't remember if they have coffee or not but I'm pretty sure. Plus, if you have a kid in K-8 grade its directly across the street from two schools and you know what I think there might even be a Pre-K near by so you can drop by on your way to work or kids can drop by on their way to school with their allowance money. It's a great friendly store you should really go!

Great to work with. He is very responsive and you can be sure that any question or concern will be addressed quickly. We were able to get above asking and got a very qualified buyer within 2 weeks of listing. Tony was always available to explain anything. Some issues did come up that we weren’t happy about, but Tony was quick to rectify them. We definitely felt well looked after and it was nice that we only had to do open houses for one weekend. I definitely recommend Tony if you want your home sold in as stress-free manner as possible.

Called texas renters so Workers would come to cut down the branches over growing on to the garage. And on to a shed in the back of the house. Â I rent because I don't want to deal with hassle of being a homeowner. They came, but they left the branches in a pile that the Trashmen wouldn't pick up. Arrgh! Left a polite but terse email for the property management branch, and they replied within minutes . Within 2days the branches were gone, gone, gone! Couldn't be happier! 5 stars from me, and I love being a renter through texas renters!
