    I was traveling through Missouri on my way back up to Minnesota when I had some tire issues and pulled into JC's to get it fixed. After 10 minutes of friendly banter, I felt less like a customer, and more like a member of the family. They fixed the hole in my tire quickly and reasonably. If you want to be treated like a person, not just another business transaction, this is the place to go. They gave me a Christmas gift, and about a week later they sent me a hand written letter and this is how it read "Bernard, it was nice to meet you. We hope you had a safe trip. We wish you a very merry Christmas! If you are ever in this area and need anything, don't hesitate to stop by." As a customer, you don't know how much that meansto get something like that!
