Fish was good I have eaten here several times and always good to me beats captain D every time Service was great parking lot good fish is my favorite yes it is kid friendly.

The food was very greasy. Had to use napkins to try to soak up some of the grease unsuccessfully. It tasted like the fish and onion rings were fried in oil that hasn't been changed in a very time. It was awful. The service and atmosphere was good. If we do go back, my husband and I will only eat the entrees that have baked fish or shrimp.

The yellow pages said they were open.They were there. We pulled in and nobody even bothered to address us and tell us when they planned to open. Nor did we see their hours posted anywhere.

Difficulty with language, reading & requesting an order. The food was mostly average Subway, but was no better than minimally average.

Parking is bad, getting in & out is bad on busy nights. Staff very friendly, upbeat & helpful. Food is fast food, enough said.

The manager was very rude, and incompetent of running a fast food place. I ordered chips and guacamole The guac was ruined I returned it and was treated very rudely.I told the Mgr. It was ruined,only to be treated rudely. Was not offered my money back,a replacement item instead was called a liar. And all this after I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru! Definitely need some cha get at that place! Beginning with the manager!( the chunky blonde one)

The most greasy worst tasting fish and shrimp platter I have ever had. Ate one onion ring and two shrimp and threw the rest out. They need yo check their product before they serve it. I doubt any one there would have eaten this food.

From the district manager down to the employees, not one cares about the job, or the customers for that matterI walked in and the store for the first time, the store was totally dirty, the floors were sticky, the lobby had not cleaned for many hours, I walked outI went back several Weeks later, and saw a woman was behind the counter with a newborn, wearing flip flops, a few feet away from the fry vats, she was out of uniform, and falling out of her tight clothes, very disgusting, I brought this to the attention of an assistant manager, she said why are you complaining to me, I replied because is your job, she scoffed and said whatever then walked away, she came back and pointed to the store manager, I went to the store manager, explained my concerns, explained my family is franchisee's, she had this done cold look, I pointed to the person behind the counter, she said mind my own business, she also said she knew my mom as she worked for her, then proceeded to disrespect her, and meShe could care less, she had no desire to fix the problem and told me if you don't like it you don't have to return, I said I'll call your district manager and tell him what's going on, she replied I don't care I am black and they would not dare fire me, I'll sue them and the same is for the black employees and the black girl with the baby, I was stunnedI called the district manager, explained my family are McDonalds franchisee, his attitude was essentially the same of why are you calling me, why are you bothering me, I do not care, ok fair enough, I hung up after the smoke blowing and called McDonalds corporate, let them handle it, I have not been there in 3 months, do not go to that store, go to the one on fort Campbell Blvd a fee miles away
