I was very nervous about having my first MRI it's very scary. I was injured in a car accident and referred to them from a friend who used them. Very friendly staff! Everyone made me feel welcomed and that eased my nerves. They had me back in no time. The machine reminds me of a large tanning bed. It is nosey so they give you ear plugs. It was actually pretty relaxing after the process started. I just zoned out and before I knew it I was done. They gave me the dis afterwards with the scan. Very easy!

I dont have words to describe how bad the front lady was with us i was there exactly 5 min late i called from the parking lot to ask where exactly in which building and the lady in the front was well you are late i was like excuse me did u see the weather i still made it with my wife and 2 kids if my wife can walk rhen probably i would be there earlier 15 min .......then i ask her pen she said its her co worker pen then i ask her to make a copy of my description she asked me why do i need a copy ? I was like this lady need vacation or atleast long week end off so she doesn't need to come to work with her attitude ....she was putting this place name down i would not even give 1 star but the other lady shows us humanity and gave my daughter a candy so she can calm down and i thank for that....Sam

Worst experience that i ever received from a healthcare professional.from the minute when i walked in the door i was watched like a hawk as if im a theif, mind you i am a disabled woman but maybe the fact that i was black had them in such fear but anyways as i proceded to the Mri table,i noticed the cushion were taken off and leaned up against the wall,so when i laid on the table i was in excruciating pain on that flat surface with no cushion, then on top of that they refuse to give me ear plugs,so i was left with a huge headache.and on top of that prior to me going to tge table i was told to take off my bra due to tge under wire which i understand, but i was given a shirt that i just saw the patient before me take off that they wanted me to put on then when i refused they gave me nothing but attitude but why when i dont just put anything on my body especially something that hasnt been dare they be prejudice or racist and cant be professional and get disposable gowns, and their machine was dirty full of boogers.all i can say is take hand sanitizer and make sure you are white to ensure a pleasant visit other wise then you will leave so undervalued and in pain,

Just a moment...
