La Clinique Soleil Urgent Care Center
La Clinique Soleil has a great staff and is my go-to place for emergencies and regular check-ups. I made an appointment and after filling out paperwork, I was seen in 15 mins. The physician assistants are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They are easy to talk to and do everything they can to help you and want you to get better. They aren't there to make a quick buck, they truly want you to be healthy. When I go, I ask to be seen by Melissa or Jennifer. They are the best! Even the staff that checks you in is extremely helpful and makes sure you get in and get out as quickly as possible.

La Clinique Soleil Urgent Care Center
Stay away from this place!!!! Bad service. They are listed as my PCP and the insurance I have is only accepted during the week. Could not even be seen as urgent care and I had a broken finger. Never in my like have I heard of such a thing to not accept insurance on the weekend. Like I said avoid at all costs. Did not even open on time. They don't give a care about patients.

Kindred Hospital South Florida - Hollywood
Horrible experience. Wish I would have known more about this facility before they transferred him there, where he passed a week later. He was on the 3rd floor where you could never find anyone at the desk or walking around if you needed help. They were very rude and unfriendly and if you asked them for anything it was as if you were bothering them. There was a sign specifically saying not to perform BP checks on his arms yet the nurse attempted several times before we caught them. We would come first thing in the mornings and he would look so uncomfortable and would say nobody had been in the room to help move him.

Kindred Hospital South Florida - Hollywood
I have worked in the healthcare field for many years - I have worked around Kindred Hospital for about as long - I also work for them in the 90 s,There care efforts are outstanding and can provide great care due to smaller facilities.Personally 1 of my friends was in a motorcycle accident and he was transferred to Kindred Hospital Hollywood for wound care. He had developed a very bad bed sore at a local hospital. They healed his would and was then able to leave their facility to continue his rehab.Jim Whitehead
Tips & Advices
Emergency care facilities can treat infants and children. Roughly 16 percent of emergency patients are infants and children, so the medical professionals at these facilities typically have strong experience in pediatric emergency care.
The average wait time will depend on the type of emergency care facility.. Wait times typically average less than 20 minutes at an urgent care facility. At a hospital-based emergency care facility that treats life-threatening conditions, wait times can take as long as an hour or more.
Board certification is not required for emergency care facilities. However, the top facilities are often board certified. At hospitals, many emergency care centers require that their physicians be board certified as a qualification for employment. Two boards that handle this type of certification are the American Board of Medical Specialties and the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine.
Emergency care facilities include those that offer urgent care, and some urgent care facilities offer certain primary care services. At these facilities, patients are usually evaluated upon arrival, and a determination is made as to whether the problem requires emergency care, urgent care, or primary care.
Some medical tests and scans are performed at emergency care facilities. These facilities may perform select X-rays and blood tests if this is deemed necessary to assist your treatment. However, the range of medical tests and scans offered is much more limited than those offered as part of standard hospital care.
