Thank god we have something in this town. Staff not responsible for faulty products, though customer service can do more to assist in connection with company to make it right, instead of leaving it up to the customer. Also, staffing is difficult I have a business here. I like Lowes stores they have whatever you need for the house and I duped some keys yesterday, i also had some visitors a few hours away and bought some porch plants for the outside. Hello....lv that!!! I whipped up that porch in like an hour!! Like I said, its good to have a home store in town with out going to Brunswick, Savannah, or even Pooler. I also had a Fridge delivered last yr, the service was good. And another thing.....my husband purchased a dryer at Home Depot, the door switch broke after 2 weeks, I called the appliance dept, i was directed to maytag/whirlpool website and was told to get the number from the website, call to schedule an appt for repair!! So, there you have it......
