would not give even 0I just bought three leather sofas from JR Furniture in Hillsboro on 3rd March 2017, was told that they will deliver by 03/22/2017, the day came and there was a call saying that it will be delayed for another week, so I called the store and then talked with the Store Manager Antonio, He said that he is not able to help with the delivery. I told him to return the deposit back. I called the Lady that i had dealt with and also called the corporate at Gresham. The next minute I get a call saying that they will deliver the next day. The next day the furniture was delivered but found that they had delivered the floor model. I called the store and talked to the manager Antonio and he said that it was new and was opened in frontt of me. I told him that it is not new as the head rest of the sofa was not working as I had checked when i visited the store. Next He calls me and says that he will deliver 04/10/2017, I was okay with it. Yesterday got called that they could not deliver as the consignment didn't came through but will make it on Wednesday. Wednesday came and they gave me a time of 2hrs window. Then again I got called and said that my furniture did not came. I Called and talked to the Guy called Jim or John in the store and He was so rude in talking to me saying that he has nothing to do with him or Antonio. I strongly recommend that you run as far as possible and not shop there, they are a nightmare. I have since complained to the BBB and will continue to do so until I get some sort of satisfaction.

While I would love to say, my experience here so far has been wonderful, I can't say that it has at all. The show room portion went well. Our sales guy was not pushy and allowed us to stay for a while making our mind up about everything. We were told the furniture was "made locally" and arrives in 7-10 business days, which was great, but we didn't even need it that fast as we weren't moving quite yet. We purchased quite a few pieces from them, thousands of dollars worth and told them we would let them know when we needed it. When our house closed and we were able to move, we called and they set up a delivery time for that weekend. When the weekend rolled around, we didn't get a call and I called to check in. The couch hadn't arrived they said and we would need to reschedule. So I don't bore with the details, we have now had to call in FIVE times to continually check in on our furniture. No one ever calls us back when they say they will - we are consistently tracking down someone to speak to and the manager always tells a date and then doesn't follow through. Last week we were told that we could at least get a partial delivery of our items on "Tuesday" and someone would call us to set that up the next day. This was because the couch hadn't arrived yet - it was being shipped out of California. Funny isn't that, as that sure doesn't sound "local" to me. No one ended up calling us. We called Monday and the couch still hadn't arrived apparently. And they now suddenly had a new rule where they don't "deliver on the weekdays". However, the first run around (it's so hard to keep track of them all as there have been so many!) we were told that someone could also deliver Thursday night if a weekend didn't work for us. It's truly funny that the rules and lies here seem to change from phone call to phone call. Here we are and we are now being told that our furniture has arrived, but they don't have the man power to deliver it. The manager asked my boyfriend if he could help carry the furniture in since there is only one guy! Mind you, we have paid a delivery fee per item, WHY in the world would a legitimate business even think it's okay to ask this of a paid customer. Blows my mind. We of course did not agree to assisting in the labor and delivery of this process - which now leaves us back at saying we will get a delivery "this weekend". I do not believe this. I do NOT trust this company, I have never received such poor service in my entire life, and I will never encourage anyone to purchase from this company. Save your money, and go to a more expensive store, as you clearly get what you pay for. I hope to say we receive our furniture (God knows it may be months from now) and are at least happy with the quality, but no matter what results from this, I will never be satisfied with the customer service or the way they treat their customers.
