Had issue with our membership being expired so we went to member services to get it taken care of. Well the little, grouchy woman there was completely rude & obnoxious in my book. Gave us s very hard time about our membership expiring & I found it to be very rude & unprofessional on her part. Then after having to deal with her ridiculous attitude, one of my items wouldnt ring up. Finally got that fixed after she entered the barcode in 3 times incorrectly. Well we get all the way home, bc our house is 18 miles away, I realize that the item she couldn't ring up wasn't in our stuff. What a pain in the a** & I will not be going back to that store again after I drive all the way back up there to get my merchandise!! What a damn nightmare!! Other than that lady, the store was clean & had what I wanted. But if they allow someone so rude to work Member Services, I really have no desire to ever go back to that particular store. And we spend a lot of money there!!
Virtually everytime I shop here, they are out of at least one item. That's no exaggeration. My experience is that this Kroger is very poorly managed. Also, they don't carry as many products as other Krogers. I prefer to shop at another Kroger in the area , though, farther away, because I'm more likely to find what I came for. Another issue that I have with Kroger, in general, is that if you come between 11 pm and 1 am, it's like maneuvering in a mouse's maze, with all the pallets blocking aisles. The stock people are there all night after their 1 am closing. They need to wait until after closing to take the liberty of placing their pallets in the middle of an aisle to stock goods. Until then, position them with consideration for the customer.
