Samada Fence Inc
We needed our fencing and gates replaced and up to code. We got several estimates and went with Samada Fencing - not because they were the cheapest, but because we saw right away that they were the most experienced and professional. We had a wooden fence installed around the perimeter of the house, a stationary aluminum fence and an aluminum gate. We are incredibly happy with the work that was done and the speed at which it was done. The owner himself (Sergio) is involved in every aspect. He is always available to answer questions - be it via text, e-mail, or a phone call - and his response time is fast! Upon signing the contract, they didn't ask for a penny! You don't pay until the work has begun. This is a company you can trust. I would recommend Samada fencing to anyone looking for high quality work, reasonable pricing, and a trustworthy company. And if like me, customer service is a top priority for you, then this is DEFINITELY the company you should be working with.

Tips & Advices
Homeowners should work with a fencing contractor who is certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations, including American Fence Association or the North American Fence Contractors Association.
If a contractor requires an immediate decision, asks you to pay cash or doesn't provide an estimate.
  • Ask for portfolio examples
  • What's their reputation?
  • Is the work guaranteed?
  • Is there a warranty?
With exposure to the sun and the elements, wood fences are prone to cracking, warping and cupping. homeowners are encouraged to clean, seal and stain their fence at least every three years. Clean the fence with a specially formulated cleaner. After 15 to 20 minutes, use a pressure washer to remove any mold, mildew and debris from the fence. Then seal and stain the fence to protect it. An oil stain is recommended, as it penetrates the material and can maintain its condition for years.
Homeowners may use soap and water to clean off these materials, but they generally don't require much more than that. These options can be good for those that want a sturdy but low-touch fence.
