Quail Hollow Apts
Office staff turnover all the time, current manager only personable if you don't need anything from her or have any questions for her; Tends to be condescending even in small talk. Plus side: One level apartments, convenience to local businesses & shopping, Room for storage, attic space, utility room in 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, reasonable rentCons: Meth lab was found being run out of my next door neighbor's apartment, after cleaning up the apartment & kicking the woman out a fire broke out due to maintenance leaving a space heater on while drying paint, ac/heater unit is like a hotel room unit only ac doesn't work half the time, Old appliances unless you land a unit they've actually taken the time update, Probably won't be able to let you see the unit you'll be renting if you're lucky enough to see a unit at allI gave three stars because it is a fairly quiet community overall. If you like to gamble then try this place. You never really know what you're going to get.

Waterview Apartments
There are many problems with living in these apartments (mold, neglectful maintenance, poorly built) but most of these things have already been addressed in other reviews. I'm here to warn you about the water bill. Good lord the water bills. I have lived here for almost ten months and never has the monthly water cost been below $70, and despite efforts to save, has more often than not topped the electric bill. No amount of water conservation (including skipping laundry, dishes, and yes even showers several times a week,) will save you money. It is an ongoing problem throughout this complex, no matter how many people are living in the apartment. If you move here to Waterview and they are still under 'Yes Energy Management' I hope you have a small fortune set aside; you'll need it for your water bill. I wish someone had warned me before I signed the lease.

The Reserve At Drakes Creek
The property manager will tell any lie to get her way all the while proving her inability to actually improve the value of the property and quality of life for the tenants. She lied about lawn furniture being on your porch area being a fire marshal code violation. That's not true. The majority of the tenants have had outdoor furniture for more than two years with no violations or complaints. Don't forget the new rules. You can't stand in the sidewalk and talk to your friends. Another stupid rule is the your curtains have to be sheer. "We like to observe our tenants" was the reason the property management gave. Just for a little bit more comfort. They seem to be constructing gallows (two in front of each building) to hang the tenants out in the yard if they don't pay on time

Arbors On Main
Way over priced for the quality, the staff has not been bad however, the apartments are less than what I expected. The sink came with rust, the cabinets are very worn, the landscaping is a joke and annual carpet cleaning is a bigger joke ( has to be done with water and NO soap) The back bathroom has no ventilation which causes the tile to fall and lord only knows how many times they have come beating on the door saying we are dripping water down stairs and have yet to do much to fix it. Lastly, the appliances do not match and ragged and I've called over 4 times to fix the light in the kitchen and yet it still does not work properly. The moral to this rating is 1120.00 will be better spent else ware. PS. they don't bother cleaning the concrete or the buildings.

The Reserve At Drakes Creek
I moved in this past November. My heater didn't work and they came immediately and fixed it. It's right in the middle of everything so you have places to shopv and eat. My best friend had a couple this mess up and they were fixed the same day! Neighbours are cool and it's very quiet despite having a lot of neighbours! I recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place to stay at a reasonable price! There's a gym and a laundromat. Units feel cozy and i actually feel at home. Nice place..

The Reserve At Drakes Creek
I moved to the Reserve 6 months ago and the management worked with me and made my move as comfortable as possible. My refrigerator was leaking last month and the maintenance fixed in within a couple of hours. They are good at handling problems in a timely fashion. Plus I like the gym. I recommend this place to anyone who is trying to find a good apartment at a good price.

I would recommend this apartment complex. The apartments look great! Great pricing and deals. New improvement overall, excellence service and attention by the staff. There's plenty of parking spots. Its very clean, especially the fitness center that's open 24/7! I currently live here and I love it!

The Reserve At Drakes Creek
Great improvements at the Reserve. New manager shows concern and care for the residents and the maintenance staff is quick to address any issues that I call in. I have only lived on property for a few moths but it is definitely a better place than before!

The Reserve At Drakes Creek
We moved to the Reserve Drakes Creek last November. The location is excellent. The complex is kept clean and neat. The manager is pleasant and all requests have been taken care of in a timely fashion. It has a laundry and gym on site. A very good value.

Find something different.. They've been "under construction since February 2015, office people are really rude to residents & do nothing when residents file complaints about other residents. Apartments are spacious but aren't worth the ever rising rent..

Just a moment...
