Anthem Hills Medical Center
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Reddy for several years, and we've been very pleased with the service we've received. Dr. Reddy is a great, compassionate doctor, who truly cares about his patients. We've both referred several of our friends and family members to Dr. Reddy. I've also been seen by the nurse practitioner and the physician's assistant in the office when Dr. Reddy was booked and was very satisfied with both. I noticed a couple of negative reviews were posted by people unhappy with the front office staff, and the fact they couldn't get an appointment. I also noticed both would have been new patients. New patient appointments are harder to get because they take more time, so I wouldn't expect a same day appointment for a first visit. I've never had an issue with the staff. They've always been accommodating. You can't always get a same day appointment because the practice has grown so much in the past several years, but last year when my wife had a serious condition, Dr. Reddy worked us in to his schedule because he knew her condition was serious. My experience with this practice has been nothing but positive. Another plus is they are open on Saturday. I just called (today is Saturday) and was able to get an appointment for my wife today with Dr. Reddy.

Rita B Chuang MD
I tell people if you get really sick in Vegas get to California ASAP! Ever since Dignaty Health bought the St. Rose Hospitals it has been terrible. I kept going in with chest pains and they did an EKG and say well it's not your heart! Then send me home. I was so degected and didn't know what to do! I got referred to Rita Chuang, M.D. and seen fast and she ordered a bunch of tests. Before I got back I was in the hospital again but this time I wasn't leaving until it was fixed. Pericarditis that became a plural effusion! Dr. Chuang did all sorts of tests and when I got back to her a week or so later, she had bad news. As my labs were getting done and she was being notified and ordering additional tests, she had a diagnosis for me. She was more upset than I was!! I was to a point that I was glad it had a name! So now Lupus SLE is the enemy! During that previous week moving details were set I couldn't fly due to the pericarditis! She saved my life and I thank her so much!

I am from Pennsylvania and had the same Primary Care doctor for 20 years until I relocated to Nevada. I was afraid to try someone different since my doctor was so good to me. Well I can honestly say that I love this office. It is going on 2 years now and I have never had a problem with my services. The staff calls you at home and follow up with your results and give recommendations. I call the office for the smallest issue and they take me in instantly. Dr. Reddy is the best ever

Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
