New Management is running London Spires now. In the year that Steve and Maria have been here their have been many upgrades and changes in the parks appearance. They are now starting to have events for the community. Party's in the Club House on the Holidays and Bingo 2 times a month. They are off to a great start of turning the park around.
management allows dog barking even when J&H property management sent a flyer to stop it!turns out J&H has a fictitious ph# 714-974-0397! MAKE SURE YOU CAN LIVE IN PEACE! we can't because of spaces of #345 and 212 dog barking issues from 4:30 am until 11:30 pm! sick of it 3 yrs running!
I disagree with the post below! I been living at Sun Valley for 10yrs and this is by far a great park! Your probably that one person in the park that doesn't like to follow rules!! move sv is nothing like this person is posting! the park is always making improvements and management is great! you probably don't follow the rule now upset because you want to live ghetto and they called you out! move to Jackson park or Mirage you will fit in perfect the Ghetto!!!!! no need to talk about Sun Valley just drive in you can see the park is great and clean. management /owners works to make this place awesome. for some reason your still living at SV..... must not be that bad!!! their probably mad because management called them out on something typical person not wanting to follow rules and upset because they told you something! Sun Valley is a great park!.
The WORST place to live. (One) Unprofessional Managers, they never take care of residents complains, all they do its post a note on your door but never discuss the complaint and set a solution. (Two) the guy who like to call himself SECURITY enjoys to get in fights with park residents, check out YouTube videos of security fights home owner sun valley estate hemet, two fights in a year. (Three) Park its not upgrade it, that means you can not instal ANY wify, the only wify aloud its the office, which you can have the password Only three times per year n it last a week and a half, technically you can have the wify four weeks and a half out of the whole entire year and the wify its slow as f***. (Four) you can not instal coolers or AC wall unions around the mobile home, only roofs, half of this mobile homes have not ACs unit's or coolers. (Five) place its not safe at all, main entrance its located on Florida St, lots of traffic n vandalism, kids can not play outside on playground peacefully with out speeding cars or vagabonds asking for money. No wonder the 25% of this mobile homes are empty, residents moving in and out constantly. If you want to live in this community keep in mind this facts that will not be on your contract.

This place even though it must be for a 55+ is not in compliance. In spc 146 there is this woman that hides her psycho son from being arrested! He is a drug user and has restraining orders from multiple women and has nowhere to be but at his mother! Of course his mother protects him from Hemet Sheriffs Department whom goes there often but she hides him in the closet or the bathroom! Neighbors are tired of these people, i dont understand why is it that the President or Manager of this place allows people like them in there!
You can't do worse than this! Everything is old and outdated since decades. No high speed internet, no cable TV, phone lines are from the '70. The only thing updated is the space rent $540/mo. The owner raises either the lot rent or the utilities every year!!!Note that you don't buy electricity, gas and water from companies but from the park and they can literally charge whatever they want! I started in 2010 with a lot rent of $375 and 2012 it was $540 PLUS utilities ca $120!!The maintenance management is usually underpaid and useless but no worries they change every 6 months.Once you buy a home there you will not be able to sell it because there are too many for sale and 50% of lots are empty! Park owns most of homes for sale there so if you are trying to sell yours your buyer has to be approved by the management so 'good luck with that' because they will try to sell the park owned homes while preying on yours for pennies on a dollar.RUN! RUN! RUN!
