Excellent customer service. Setting up an appointment was quite easy. Technician Jason was prompt and professional. He came on time, guided me through the simple maintenance steps so that I could do it on my own later. He also informed me that my elliptical was still under parts warranty and ordered me a replacement broken cover and showed me how to install it when it arrives so I won't have to pay again for a second service call. I would definitely use them again.

These guys provide great service. Jay was prompt and very friendly. I wish more companies had employees such as him. He had my elliptical serviced and working well in less than an hour. Thanks for keeping your blog current and informative as well.

I felt like a lost dog not having my treadmill running and broken for a month.. Everyone told me to buy a new one since mine was like an old relic over 12 years old and also I just couldnt afford it. So I called and got the run around and all kinds of shady sales pitches and finally the only one willing to help me and not try and sell me a new treadmill was a rep named Jeff at Gym Doctors. Frankly he sounded the most knowledgeable with no BS. We made an appointment and their technician came out and serviced my treadmill, then showed me exactly what was damaged and what it would cost to fix it. After my approval, (they had to order the part) they came back in 4 days and got my machine up and running like a champ. I'm a happy camper and I will definately spread the good word and refer them since its hard to find honest people these days without trying to sell, rob or steal from you...

Tips & Advices
Rutting occurs in the wheel tracks of a road and is generally seen when the asphalt isn't thick enough to support traffic.
Edge cracks are caused by weak edges. When there isn't enough support at the edge, the road will begin to stress and crack over time.
Depressions, are caused when the pavement isn't as deep in one area, or the land on which the road was laid is uneven. A slight depression can be fixed with another layer of asphalt.
Transverse cracks run perpendicular to the road's centerline, and can be caused by poor joint construction. Seasonal or daily temperature changes can also contribute to transverse cracks.
Longitudinal cracks are parallel to the road's centerline or the direction the driveway or parking lot was paved. They are caused by poor joint construction or simply aging pavement.
