They kept my social security and driver license info inside the car,and they refuse to give it back to me.I have to worry about them stealing my ID. My car was destroyed in a car accident, so i bought a car from them about 3 weeks ago with 400 dollars down payment. I couldn't move my body very much, and it hurts so bad. so i sent in the first payment about a week ago in the mail. they never called me about the payment, so i assumed that they have received my payment. On the night of December 13,2015, the car was gone. I have my social security, driver license info and doctor's prescription forms inside the car along with my license plate. I called them immediately and asked if they have taken the car. They confirmed that they took the car,i told them that i was hurt in the car accident and couldn't move around.so i sent the payment to them in the mail. but they didn't care and hung up on me.I called them a few times and begged them to give my social security, driver license info and doctor's prescription forms back, but they wouldn't. I am very worried that they will steal my identity. All i want is to get my ID and doctor's prescription forms back. I am in extreme pain from the car accident, and i need it to get my medicine as well.

I wish that I could give a negative 5 as a rating. This place is a joke. I went in and made my payment to the son and told him that I would be back to make another payment in a month because that is how my payments are set up. I let my son drive the truck to work and he calls me and says that the truck is gone. I called Hartselle city police department to report it stolen and they told me that it had been repossessed. My payment wasn't due for another 10 days. I have known this man for quite awhile and used to do all the work on his used cars and I always treated him right. If he would do this to someone that he knows and went to church with, what do you think that he would do to you. God will punish this man, who claims to be a Christian. I live a half mile away from the car lot and he also has my phone number, but, instead of being a man and calling me, he waits until my son drives it to work and then steals it. Yes, I said STEALS IT because my payment wasn't due yet.
Tips & Advices
Resurfacing, where a contractor removes and replaces the top layer of concrete, is a middle ground between multiple patch jobs and a complete replacement.
Homeowners should work with a concrete contractor who is either certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations for high-quality results. These individuals adhere to professional guidelines and are versed in industry and safety standards. Such organizations include: American Concrete Institute (ACI) American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
Colored concrete is created by blending liquid, granular or powdered iron oxide pigments with natural concrete. These pigments are either mined directly from the earth or manufactured in a chemical plant.
