YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I will most certainly be back! I stopped by one day to replace a watch battery and was immediately impressed by the selection and kindness at the counter (for such a small sale). I recently bought a bracelet from them and couldn't be happier with it. It's a small ""mom and pops"" store, and I appreciate the difference from more impresonal and lower quality chain jewelery stores. I have to say that I'm surprised by the negative comments below. I'm looking for an excuse to go back again!

I just want to thank the repair guy who did the repair on my watch. I never thought that it can get repaired until the service was done. So I'm very glad and would definitely return here.

I have been buying Jewlery for years at Sullivans. I always have Theresa help me. They have the latest trends and the timeless pieces that we expect at a jewlery store. I have bought so many things here - Pearls for my daughter, Men's Cross, had my Diamond Reset . . . I could go on and on. I Love having Theresa help me she knows what's best for me, she considers my style & my budget. Love the FUN stuff too like the latest watches, sterling jewlery and the Chamilla bracelets. You will love this Store.

Had new battery put into watch while I waited. asked if the fixing had included continuing the waterproofing that I needed. Was told, I put everything back as it was. Thought it was good to find this place and was thinking I would bring a clock to be fixed/ Within two weeks the watch does not work. I don't want to go back but don't know if the battery was old or the waterproofing not really put back.

Branford Jewelers is amazing! Charlie and his staff are incredibly professional and friendly. They are the only jeweler I trust! From new pieces to repairs, they are the best. They have gone above and beyond to make every piece the best. For example, replacing stones with larger and/or better quality at no additional cost to insure what leaves their store is the most beautiful piece it can be! You won't find better quality or integrity anywhere!

I was driving through Oxford and saw this little shop. My watch battery was bad and every where I went (in Los Angeles) couldn't help me. Anyway, the guy there seemed to know everything. He was very helpful and put the battery in for me. He had a used ladies Rolex at a really good price so I bought it for my wife. Old fashioned service! Wish shopping was like this in Los Angeles.

The Swiss Army factory store rocks. They solved my missing gift problems this Christmas season within a matter of minutes of being in the place. It's a little hard to find, but it's worth looking for. The prices are crazy cheap.

They are a horrible, horrible waste of time and mall space. I had used them exclusively for nearly 4 years to size and change batteries in my 3 watches. They had been convenient because I worked in the mall for years. Over these years, I noticed strange things happening to my watches: they'd go in for a battery exchange and I was told the watch no longer worked in one way or another. After I moved away from that area, I brought 2 of these watches to an in-town jeweler. He opened them in front of me. My watches were clearly damaged. I had been told my Fossil watch inexplicably did not work when the battery was changed and that my Diesel watch no longer had a functioning digital date readout. This was not at one time, but one happened in 2009 and the other in 2011. The jeweler today showed me very clearly that my Fossil was missing pieces. The bottom battery connector was ripped out -- probably done by accident at Watch Pro, and that the gasket for the back cover was missing -- probably in carelessness. My Diesel watch's date readout DOES work. It hasn't worked since probably 2009. They mis-angled the top battery connector and it laid UNDERNEATH the battery for the last 3 years or so when it should have gone across the top. I have had the battery for the time (the watch takes 3 batteries for different functions) changed out at least 3 times since it stopped working and nobody noticed the screw up? I was told the existing battery in the compartment easily came out because it wasn't held down by anything. They don't know how to change a battery?!?! How can their name be "Watch Repair PRO"??
