Super Spring & Brake Co Inc.
Went there to get a few leafs made for my 56 Chevy pick up I'm restoring. Jim there was helpful in supplying me with the leafs and assorted hardware I needed, clips, u bolts washers and nuts, he even evaluated some other leafs I had, without trying to sell me on replacing them. Good people.

Capitol Transmission & Autocare
HIGHLY recommended. I would go back to Capitol anytime. Amazing service and quality work. Paul really knows what running a business is about; always staying in touch and doing everything possible to keep the customer happy. I had major transmission work done here after shopping around and doing quite a bit of research. I usually work on my car myself, but needed to get a professional to rebuild the transmission. Capitol has superior warranty coverage because they are a superior shop. I'm incredibly happy I made the decision to go here. This shop deserves every award it can get. No wonder they've stayed in business for so long.

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
